I have a problem with the wrong deposit. Deposit declined So I contacted Thai Support. Thank you Okey Account Manager Thailand for taking care of following up on the issue. I'm very impressed.

I have pending commission of 12000$…
I have pending commission of 12000$ plus, initially account manager giving excuses that this and that reason we are unable to pay you commission , then crypto exchange issue, then apply on certain dates. I have sent many emails to support, compliance but no answer ,except reply from support that they have forwarded my email to related department. They are writing and boosting that they are paying a lot to partner, I have clear case, many clients were sent clear trading history but they just dont want pay commision. Attaching few screen shots of conversation and I have all proof of emails and communication.

Don't be fooled there is nothing truthful here, thankfully my story changed from been unlucky because of ''St rikel be an''

Great brokerage, Very strike for Policy, Regulated brokerage.

If any people said difficult withdrawal is maybe newbie or those people usually using not regulated brokerage.

Pls aware this fraud company there are only one way deposit available withdraw never so I request don't use this company

Bad broker, many times I have already closed some operations where the market in trading view has never arrived. This week they also withdrew the money from my account and I try to call, email to understand why, but they don't answer me. Luckily it was 103 euros, but I still want it back.

Terrible experience (in German at the end of the review):

I started with this broker depositing €250,- and traded for a few days. I made a €50,- profit. However as I wanted to withdraw the profit they again and again rejected it. First it said I can't withdraw via credit card. Later they always found a new reason. Note my KYC was accepted long before. Finally they intorduced inactivity fees of €25,-! I never heard of that from a serious broker. So I was very negativily suprised to see my balance going down by €25,- So I again started the withdrawal process I uploaded the bank statement which they said was missing. I even received a confirmation about my withdrawal via email so I forgot about the whole thing. Just now 9.6.2021 I received an email my withdrawal was rejected once again and coincidendly at the same time the inactivity fees were charged again taking my last profit away.

I am telling you DON'T start trading with BDSwiss maybe they are fair for big money clients but if you want to start, there are many other brokers with better conditions, smaller spreads and certainly without things like inactivity fees.

Ich hab mein Trading mit €250,- begonnen und ein paar Tage lang den Broker getestet. In dieser Zeit habe ich €50,- an Profit gemacht. Als ich dann aber meinen Profit abheben wollte, haben sie wieder und wieder abgelehnt. Erst kam die Nachricht sie akzeptieren meine Kreditkarte nicht. Dann kam wieder und wieder ein anderer Grund. Bemerkung: Mein KYC wurde schon lange akzeptiert. Der Höhepunkt der ganzen Geschichte war das plötzlich Gebühren für Inaktivität eingeführt wurden! Davon habe ich bei seriösen Brokern noch nie gehört. Ich war also sehr negativ überrascht mein Konto mit -€25,- aufzufinden.
So hab ich den Abhebungprozess erneut gestartet hab dann auch einen Kontoauszug hochgeladen da dies nun das letzte fehlende Element zu sein schien.
Ich hab sogar eine Bestätigung über die Abhebung per Mail bekommen und hab die ganze Sache dann vergessen. Und gerade heute 9.6.2021 habe ich ein Email erhalten, dass meine Abhebung wieder abelehnt wurde und zufälligerweise wurde genau gleichzeitig diese wunderbare Inaktivitäts Gebühr wieder abgebucht und somit haben sie meinen ganzen Profit geschluckt.

Ich rate dir: Starte auf KEINEN FALL mit BDSwiss. Möglicherweise sind sie fair mit Klienten die viel Geld haben, aber um anzufangen gibt es viele andere Broker die zudem auch bessere Konditionen haben und dir dein Geld nicht mit betrügerischen Inaktivitätsgebühren aus der Tasche ziehen.

I would give negative stars if i could. This broker company took out one of my positions without even hitting my SL. When i called, they just went in circles giving me irrational explanation. And one more thing, they rejected my withdrawal 3 times. Im on my 4th attempt to withdraw MY money.
Worst experience. Go find a legit broker. This one's gonna scam the s*** out of you.

very bad experience with this broker, the spreads are usually very wide, theyve taken money from my account as there are hidden fees in he small print! Then when i tried to withdraw the remaining funds in my account they made it very hard for me to do so. Do not trust!!
