There was an issue but they responded qickly to correct it. In life there are issues dont expect otherwise but what makes the difference is how it is handled.

Customer service was top notch
Customer service was top notch. Wish you could give more of a military discount but at least you gave something back. Didn't realize I was going to have all my items come from different companies, but it all got here and on time. Thanks for all you do.

Not for a fast delivery
I decided on global for their 2 day shipping. It turned into a week before it shipped. I was told the shipping company failed to pick it up three times. Seems a little off to me. Then they told me the order would arrive the same week it shipped. It did not. Arrived wed the next week. Just too many variables to depend on for something fast. The rep Was friendly and called me back to check on this once i called in and was apologetic. So part shipping company and part global wire.

The customer service is outstanding. There was an issue with the order. I contacted them and it was handled quickly and professionally to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again. The wire is exactly what was represented on the website.
