Min kontakt med Global Delight har varit ett skämt, personifierat av deras supportmedarbetare Shamir.
Jag köpte Boom 3D för Windows, men kunde inte aktivera produkten eftersom köpet var kopplat till en e-postadress jag inte längre har tillgång till. I stället för att hjälpa mig gömde sig Shamir bakom påhittade och diffusa “policy”-påståenden och uppmanade mig att köpa produkten igen via ett så kallat “specialerbjudande”.
Detta visade sig vara bluff. Ingen fungerande licens levererades och till slut återbetalades köpet – vilket Shamir hånfullt avslutade med ett leende och ett ”du har fått pengarna tillbaka”.
Detta är inte support. Det är vilseledande, respektlöst och oprofessionellt.
Global Delight har låtit en enskild supportperson göra företaget till ett skämt.

I purchased Boom 3Shamir’s misleading handling of Boom 3D – bewareD for Windows but…
I purchased Boom 3D for Windows but received no usable activation. All communication was handled by the same support representative, Shamir, who repeatedly referred to vague policies and advised me to purchase again using a so-called “special offer.”
This did not resolve the issue. After several days of back-and-forth, the purchase was ultimately refunded.
The support process felt misleading and dismissive rather than solution-oriented.
Sharing this experience as a warning to other customers.
Exceptional Audio Enhancement and Outstanding Support
Boom 3D is an exceptionally powerful audio enhancement tool for Windows. Its finely tuned 10-band and 31-band equalizers, combined with features like 3D Surround and Bass Boost, deliver a rich, immersive, and customizable listening experience on any pair of headphones.
After reinstalling Windows, I encountered a license synchronization issue. The Boom 3D support team—particularly Srinidhi—was exemplary. They responded promptly, provided clear step-by-step guidance, and resolved the issue quickly and completely. Their professionalism and dedication turned what could have been a frustrating problem into a smooth and positive experience.
I highly recommend both Boom 3D and the exceptional support team behind it.
Absolutely the worst company ever met…
Absolutely the worst company ever met in
my long time experience.
I am a paid customer for their apps in Windows, Android, Mac & iPhone. I had a
big proble with iPhone app, and kept in
touch with their so called Customer Support
which so far, after several days, did not reply.
And, last but not least, the apps themselves are not good at all, making the sound not better, but worst, absolutely inconsistent and tinner.
1 star only because it is impossibile to gove ZERO stars.
Guess no chance of a refund
I have tried to get a refund for a while now, but contacting technical support is like sending mails into a black hole.
I have reached out twice, but no answer.
Also the app makes the sound worse, not better.
Try disabling the EQ in the app, listen to music, then close the app and notice the difference.

stuck in trial mode even though i paid premium,cmcon is 2025 is it so hard to activate my account ?they didnt send a code or activate my premium purchase but i did receive an email to finish the payment even though i paid them through paypal ,waiting for customer support to reply and i will change my review if everything is solved ,is not about the 10 euros i gave them is about reliability .... i ll wait for 2 days and then i will refund through paypal..First time i had such an experience with something so simple,you buy something and activate it why is so hard to do so in 2025 ???
Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service. I had to re install the software on my laptop, when I tried to use it my premium version wasn't working, when I tried to reactivate it, my email wasn't recognised. Days after I sent a message someone finally got back, they asked for proof of purchase. I sent this and have now been left for days with no response. These guys were all well and good taking your money, but after that they don't care. I still haven't got the version I paid for and don't know how long I'll be waiting.
Poor Technical Support
I bought Global Delight's Boom 3D many years ago, and it works well to boost volume and bass, create equalizer presets for different styles of music, output devices, and even listening environments. However, I have found a strange problem with Boom 3D on macOS 14.7.1 with a M1 Mac Mini connected to desktop speakers from the headphones port. When I tap the volume up or down keys on the Apple Magic Keyboard, the sound mutes instead of going up or down. This does not happen when Boom is off, so I think it has something to do with Boom. I contacted Boom support, and after a delay of 10 days, they responded, suggesting that I try locking the balance of the output device, which did not solve the problem. I told them it didn't work, but they never responded, so I asked how to uninstall Boom 3D correctly. They said they were "sorry for the inconvenience" but didn't ask why I was uninstalling.

I do not trust this company for several reasons. When I purchased Boom 3D the website tricked me into thinking the transaction failed so I tried again with the same results. I was unable to contact the company so I checked with my bank and found I was charged twice. I then discovered that it causes an audio sync problem when streaming video, which is unsolvable. After deleting the software the problem remains and is difficult to resolve. The company company goes by at least 3 different names, none of which can be contacted.
Overbilling and 100% Absent Customer Service
I already own Boom 3d and while walking with my iPhone their App subscribed me. This cost me an extra $15.99 for a product I had already purchased. I contacted them several times explaining this and all I get is automated replies. They have nobody to help customers. Beware because regardless of their product quality they are not a legitimate company when it comes to billing matters or customer service. Your money is in their hand and that means you will not get back any overpayments.
Stuck in trial mode
Stuck in trial mode. I used to really like this app but I've had these issues before in switching to a new computer. You have to deauthorize the old account. The last time it was stuck like this for me, I had to deal with their virtually non-existent service. Back to Equalizer APO for me. It's free.

My impression is that they did it as a way to boost business to get people to repurchase another copy using a different login method. Too bad because otherwise, the software works well.
worst customer service ever
worst customer service ever, their target is to collect money by any means.
I bought a subscription which was not working, and they did not solve my problem , trying to postpone until you give up.
they now do not reply to emails at all.
I completely stopped using the app and stopped the auto renewal.
If you already purchased a key, stop auto renewal by any means.

My Boom activation key isn't working and no help from the company after this.
NO SUPPORT
I have written multiple times to them and did not get a reply until much later, The reply was useless. I agree with the others who say no support. FInd another company.
Nonexistent support
I bought their BOOM 3D audio equalizer software while using win 10 and it worked great. I was impressed. After upgrading to Win 11, most of it stopped working. I've reached out to support 3 times about this and received NO response at all, and its been a while. SO:
1. don't buy this if you're on win 11
2. don't buy this if you expect ANY support from the company

The first year I liked the app. It does not work well anymore. After 20 seconds the app stops. I did send a message to the developer, but there was no response.

Essential software for Windows & Mac
I have purchased Boom 3D on Android, Windows and Mac. It's very good.
You get two activations with each purchase, but they are not cross-platform. Who cares; the software is cheap. Almost always on sale for one reason or another.
Customer service not great, Android version has some egregious bugs that have never been fixed.

Just bought Boom 3D at a special promotion price last month and I can easily say I really wouldn't mind paying full price! Had a very minor niggle during the initial installation but their customer support team is very helpful and had me sorted out in a matter of minutes :) 11/10 would recommend!
