They are accomodating , kind to talk too and given you a good deal, the only thing I wasn’t impress is that informing the client that the ticket has been issued which is not, they make you feel that your’e lying or not checking the email properly. But after client asked to re send it, they received it instantly. Maybe it was miss communication by their teams. Apart from that they were ok and very helpful x Big shout out to Mike who is very professional dealing on it x

This is a scam! I just tried to book a flight, got a call back from someone with a very heavy accent, telling me that the ticket will not be issued until a month before the flight, a lot of restrictions, etc. When I started questioning that what was stated on their web site does not agree with what he is saying, the guy started laughing, told me to get lost, called me a looser, etc. Stay away, these scam artists

I booked a last minute flight through GlobalFlightCatchers, very quick and efficient. I got a call from the customer service about the issue but it was quickly resolved and got my ticket within a few mins, George provided great customer service and I was very satisfied :) i will definitely book again! Thank you for everything!

Total scam: I booked my tickets yesterday and got confirmation email that tickets would be sent in 24hrs. After repeated email/phone call they mentioned we got 24 hrs time and today out of surprise they called to inform me that ticket is not available at the price and need to choose another airlines with higher price . stay away if you can.

I booked a flight online at their website and after 30 mins agent calls and say that flight is full and can't issue ticket. Then they suggest taking other flight after few days for which I agreed. Unfortunately, that flight get cancelled and after 10 days airline process refund and send money to globalflightcatchers. After multiple follow up they said we r yet to see the amount in statement and once it comes we will refund. They did this for almost 20 days to me. When I started bugging them and said I will put reviews then they said we will fix this today and asked for 24 hrs time. After 24 hrs they say their contract with merchant is expired and they cannot refund to original payment method and as per airline policy amount should go to original card and now they just ask me to dispute a transaction. This is first time I have ever had such a worst experience with any travel agency. I think their all reviews are fake and their service is very bad.

On 9th of September after continuous messaging to them, a person names Chris calls me and say that on 15th statement will generate and 16 we will refund you and I am from refund team. When I didn't receive refund, on 19th a person name Ethan chats with me and says Chris is not aware of contract expiry and he is not from refund team, and I am from refund team.

I have been scammed by agents who received my phone calls I made to the number listed on this website. I have not received any response when I wrote an email to raise this issue.

Do not use this people they are scam they took all the information and they never send you a ticket flight and after you call then and they tell you you will not have ticket a lot of transaction come out of my account with all the info that I give to them and they did a lot of transaction in my bank account with flight under somebody else names that from different destinations this is really really scam be careful

I was abit worried booking with them after reading the reviews but took the leap anyway and glad I did! Cheapest flights I could find to Bahrain without having a stopover, great customer service from Brian and martina. Thankyou

In my situation, because there was a delay with the ticket as the airline was going through a strike but the agency still managed to get me my confirmation email as well as my e-ticket on the same day.

Once again, great experience to do business with Global Flight Catcher. During recent Air Canada labor disruption, Brian and Martina were so helpful to find the alternate flight for us. Thank you.
