Globalflightcatchers Avis 

This is my experience of dealing with this company, went on website price n fly looking for a flight LHR to luxor return for 2026, on the 21.7.25, noted they were the most competitive.
Paid £1938.34 and received a confirmation e-mail with an invoice attached confirming the flight with my E tickets arriving between 24/48 hours later.
The following day 22.7.25, I received an email asking me to ring them which I did as there was an issue with my booking and a delayed response could have an impact on the cost and availability.
I did and an employee A rang advised that the flights had not been confirmed and the true cost was now £2400 which I refused to pay.
I have had previous with this company years before, they use the ruse or con whichever way you wish to describe their methods to attempt to extort more cash from you.
They offered a refund which you had to ask for but my bank had already stopped the payment.
Another company to avoid is Crystal Travel same thing quoted under 2k, then on confirmation the total for the flights was now £2,211.
Avoid both companies, book with the airline direct it's safer and legitimate.

I had a great experience with the team , Mr.Zain was very supportive and helpful throughout processes , I enjoyed the trip from India to Dubai very well because of their great service.

On July 11th 2025, I purchased two KLM plane tickets for a return flight from Los Angeles in January 2026. They were advertised at a very good price - hence the purchase. I paid at the point of booking and received confirmation, advising me that I would receive my e-tickets within 24 hours. As it was a Friday, I did not expect that commitment to be achieved, but did expect the tickets to be in my in-box on Monday.
Monday came and went - no tickets. Tuesday I phoned. "There's a delay with KLM as the booking is so far ahead. You'll have the tickets within 24 hours" (That would actually make it 120 hours since I booked and paid). Nobody from the Company ever phoned ME - I had to phone every day. 5 days, 5 phonecalls, 5 promises made ("You'll have them tomorrow") and never met.
On Friday 18th, my last phonecall, I found out the truth. GFC did not have the tickets to sell me. GFC having 'sold' tickets to me at the amazing price, KLM refused to accept the GFC booking (their own website was selling at +£200 for each ticket).
So GFC were actually selling a product they didn't have, (I believe that is Illegal?). It was extremely frustrating and immensely disappointing.
Customer Service was dreadful. Every promise made was broken. Each time I as promised my tickets 'in 24 hours', that was a lie.

I read GFC's reviews before I used them and was reassured by their excellence. I am content that so many previous clients had received what they have sought.

I hope that my very poor experience is simply a "one-off" but I would warn future customers to ensure that the product you are buying actually exists before you pay for it and are ultimately disappointed.

I had a great experience with GLOBALFLIGHTCATCHERS. Their team was professional, very responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. They found me a great deal and made everything so easy and stress-free. We booked our initial flight but because the tickets had run out (we booked after 12), they changed our ticket for us easily and free of charge. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable travel services!

I previously wrote a review for Globalflightcatchers in which I gave a Three Star Review. I can't edit the previous review as I have tried. I have spoken to a member of staff and they have explained what happened. I have agreed to give them a 4star review but advised them they need to keep customers informed.

Received my tickets quite quickly at a good price

We upgraded Economy Classic to Economy Delight. Up until this point I would of give five out of five. However since the upgrade on 21.07.25 it has taken five days and numerous calls to gain E-Tickets and confirmation. I would also say the representatives from the company has always been polite and courteous.

Easy procedure with immediate confirmation number sent via email. You then enter this number on the specific airlines your flying with to obtain the tickets. I was initially sceptical as to wether this was a genuine booking agency but as per the above all was good, quick and hassle free

The company is an excellent place to do your booking either for holiday or business trips.

Communication is slow and can be frustrating at times. Sometimes comes across as rude. That’s all. Otherwise they were helpful.
