Globalflightcatchers Avis

Super helpful! We had some changes due to emergency and they were super attentive and helpful :)

Booked a flight earlier today and paid in full. received email confirmation so thought all was fine.
after a hour or so I received a phone call from them saying that the seat was no longer available and it was going to cost an additional £350 for an available seat. SCAM!!!
Called credit card company who immediately put a block on the payment and confirmed they would deal with what had happened.
I should have looked at the reviews before booking.

After searching for a good deal for quite some time, I finally came across Globalflightcatches. They had the best deal for the flight I was looking for. James Taylor was very helpful in making my booking. He was very professional, polite and communicated very well throughout the booking process by phone and email. James followed up with a phone call after the e tickets were issued after a few days to make sure that all the details were correct. I would highly recommend Globalflightcatches and will be sure to try them first for future bookings.

Mike is the best. He really help a lot. Very smart and talented guy.

James Taylor is the best and most kind and communicative helper. I have booked with many agencies before but he has been the most supportive most helpful individual so far with extensive knowledge.

I have booked quite a few flights with Joy
He is amazing
Always the best deals with no issues
Global flights is always my first option when looking for a flight

Quick and easy, cheap and amazing deals as well as service.

It's really easy to book the flights cause communication was good. The customer service was also very good. It was also very good prices

Cheers

I have booked the flight with them for Dubai

Have rcvd wonderful services

Thanks

Very good agency and very affordable tickets and the staff are very helpfull specially the young staff this is the most cheapest i could find very tusted agency. Specially this staff called yahiya hussain.

Thnk uh so much guys for giving me good services this is a third tym i had made the reservation from lundon to dubai nd they gave me valuable prices..

It was nice experience and supportive staff.

They sell you a so called cheap flight and then the night before you fly they call and say “the airline has cancelled your flight because they have overbooked that flight class but we can get you on the same flight but it will cost you x 1000’s more , I checked with the airline in Melbourne and it was not true.

Avoid like the plague!!!!!!

used these guys 8 times between 2014 and last year.
Everytime them have performed exceptionally, getting a great price and knowing im working to a tight budget, went the extra mile to get lowest prices with assistance for my disabled wife.
Just gone to use them again and the website is down.
people who i dealt with were Chris Smith, james Taylor and Mike Freeman amongst others.
Hope this is a short term issue with the website and hope to be able to book again soon!
FYI this is not a fake review and totally legit

What a experience the advisor not only made me feel like I was a vip customer he found a price I was not expecting.

This is scam, they will not sell you anything,
If you bought, report to your bank immediately

Update (I got a refund):
I bought a ticket from them and received an invoice.
I was waiting for 30 mins for a ticket reservation confirmation so I can check-in because the flight supposed to happen in a few hours.

As I didn't get anything else, their chat support was empty as void and no one (literally no-one) picked up the phone line. After that I'd realised it's a fake agency.

A few hours later when I've submited a fraud claim to my bank someone called Josh colled me (why no one answering the help line Josh?). Josh was polite but I told him straight away that this all looks like a fraud and that I've submited a request to my bank.

All they can do at this point is to issue me a refund, WHICH THEY DID a hour after the call, which I'm very thankfull them for.

So overall why on earth you'll make the process for the customer so terrifying and scam-looking?
You have a cheap price? Great, just issue the ticket automatically to me, no need to ask Josh to call me.

Buenas noches. Acabo de comprar 5 boletos pero las cosas no están claras. No dice cuanto debe pesar la maleta o si tengo q pagar algo. Me parece q es una estafa ya q el precio es la mitad de lo q cuesta.
