Overall satisfied with the Broker so far. Quick responses is key in this industry and the broker has got that covered. However, I would like to raise a concern that the card verification for me was not pleasant as my bank card has My Surname and initials on it but I was told on chats and emails that it can not be accepted and they need a card with full names. To my surprise when I uploaded the same card to the client center it was approved. I wish you get the support staff to know the company procedures and learn to speak the same language as in saying the same stuff when asked questions by customers.

After looking into the matter, please note that in regards to the specific Bonus Promotion, we found that there was a violation of the Terms and Conditions as this Bonus promotion is only available once per client whereas it was identified that there were several accounts sharing the same IP and Metaquotes ID.

I hate using only MT5
Its really great and all but I hate the fact that it's only on MT5 and MT5 is slow and sometimes it crashes.. it's just a nightmare..
