It’s now been 3 months and I have not been paid for work I have completed. I was told payment and timesheets would be effortless yet I still have not been paid. The onboarding process was rushed and disorganised with the insistence of all important and confidential correspondence being sent on WhatsApp despite my requests against this. I had to repeatedly provide my availability and answer the same questions over and over, and yet still would not receive clients or work despite the constant badgering. I have now had to get HMRC involved to try and retrieve my pay. Would not recommend working for them. Avoid at all costs
Where do I start. Initially told I would have 27.00 pounds per hour but instead had 19.60 per hour. Disgraceful, lied to. Always had problems getting paid.
Once I finished with this company, I joined Pulse. Trying to get a reference from Luke the manager was impossible. All he had to do was confirm to the new agency that I had worked for Globe. I phoned him to be told I had to contact the manager at the Hospital were I worked. All he had to do was say Yes, I had worked for them "What a complete joke, this company is". I explained further that I had been put back 1 week of starting my new role due to not being able to get this reference. Luke explained "I've heard they are not a good company to work for" How unprofessional! No care and no EMPATHY.
Luke knew I was starting with this new Agency due to them contacting him and several times Luke left messages on my phone about roles he had for me. This was very underhanded.
The Director James Dodwell has also been contacted by my new agency trying to help but he obviously does not care about peoples livelihoods or NHS waiting lists either. Avoid at all costs.
I'm really glad I'm the first to review this company, as yet again I'm dealing with another locum firm that has no moral compass and is in the belief they can actually help you find a job.
First contact with Valentine on 21/7, after I called a couple of days later, because he hadn't done what he said he was going to do, not heard a thing, its now 1/8. I guess that tells me everything I need to know about this person and about Global. If you're a company and you want to help someone who is unemployed find work, then actually help them, as you have no idea of the impact on their mental health and wellbeing when you just ghost them
