Excellent service, both when taking out & then renewing my policy but, more importantly, in the way that they handled a claim that I had to make recently. It was quickly and efficiently dealt with - definitely recommended.

Good prices and the service has always been great- you don't get stuck held on the line when calling, and emails are promptly replied to. Rachel has always been great- as has Amy (who initially set up my policy a year or so ago.)

I have been using their services since I got into photography. They are very helpful and professional. They get in touch as your cover approaches and end, for me I had recently upgraded and glad they contacted me to get a quote for my new equipment. The quote was received within minutes and a call a few days later by them and covered once again.

I have been a client of Glover & Howe for a very long time indeed.

Their attention to detail is one thing but the friendliness over the years has been something else altogether , I have always felt that I am a valued client.

Over the years I have had the need to make a claim as accidents do happen and on those are occasions Glover & Howe were remarkable , fast , efficient and reassuring.

I recently retired and my insurance requirements changed , but photographers never full retire of course, and Rachel at G&H was so helpful with making sure I had the right advice & cover. Brilliant.

I have used G&H for many years and have to say the service is just first class, always polite and happy to help. They say insurance companies are fine until you try and claim, well I had to do this a couple of years ago and they were very helpful and had my claim actioned very quickly indeed. I would without hesitation recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had an almost 2 year battle with this company and have had to report them to the ICO, FCA and Ombudsman due to the appalling way they have treated me. I would never use this company again.

Always a pleasure dealing with Glover & Howe: I've recommended them before and am happy to do so again because the service is just so good. Having had my camera equipment insured through them for quite a few years, its always been straight forward and nothing has ever been too much trouble.
Had to amend my policy today with some new equipment and remove some old.
