Not as warm as I hoped they would be
I use mobility scooter and I thought I'd try these gloves to see if they were any good at keeping my hands warm while I was taking my dog out for a walk. Even though the temperature was around 3-4-5° my fingers were still cold in gloves.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the gloves you have recently purchased. We are sorry to hear that they haven't provided the level of warmth you were hoping for while using your mobility scooter.
While these gloves feature a Thinsulate lining designed for thermal protection, the wind chill factor experienced on a moving scooter can often be much harsher than when walking. Because your hands are stationary on the handlebars, they don't generate as much natural body heat, making them more susceptible to the cold air.
In any case, we carry a very large range of winter and windproof gloves, including options specifically designed for high-wind environments or even battery-heated models that might be more effective for your specific needs.

Gloves delivered promptly.However,only one glove of one pair I ordered.Telephoned spoke to a very helpful lady who said she would look into it.
Next working day got an email from her saying glove found and despatched and later that day glove arrived.

Well made gloves
Gloves arrived quickly. They are waterproof and the thermal lining keeps my hands warm. They are classed as work gloves, but I bought them as outdoor winter gloves for walking my dog principally. Good value.
