They have loads of loopholes in their T&C's, don't bother with this budget brand it will hurt you in the long run..

Richard the engineer (no. 527) came out today to resolve an issue with my boiler. This was initiated by Your Repair/Hometree after the local engineer was clueless.
Richard was in a different league, systematically working out the issue, taking his time to ensure everything was correct. He was both professional and knowledgeable and a credit to the company.

Engineer 538 was great. He came on time and worked on our boiler in record time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the boiler and everything we needed to look out for to ensure safety in our home.

I have a Glow -worm Ultimate 3 30C combi-boiler. In the eight years it has been in there has been four repairs carried out, two under warranty. It has failed two of it's last three services necessitating being 'made safe' - turned off awaiting repair. The last instance meaning we had no hot water or heating in early February. My communication with Glow-worm (Valiant) has been problematic. To my mind a poor product and poor customer service.

Engineer number 137 completed a excellent and efficient job on my glow worm boiler today, he followed all the safety procedures, was polite and respectful to the property and on top of that had my boiler working again in very efficient time. Have no complaints at all would highly recommend to anyone having issues with hot water/boiler.

Appointment.made.for following day. Ben #151 arrived and listened to my description of fault. He worked tidily and was courteous.
Replaced a few components and hopefully problem is fixed. Too early to know yet so fingers crossed 🤞🏾🙂

I had two different engineers out on two separate days and both Alistair and Matt Redgate were excellent. Firstly Alistair arranged for my heat exchanger to be replaced and Matt then came with the new exchanger to fit it. Unfortunately the wrong item had been ordered but rather than leave me without heating overnight he reordered and went to collect the correct item ensuring I was sorted on the same day- exceptional service. Both were highly personable and committed to delivering a first class experience.
