Terrible experience paid £27 for eye pads.waiting for months. They gave me 10% refund. Still waiting. Do not buy from them they are clearly dishonest.

No product or refund received.

Liars.
Ordered 6 items. Changed my mind in 15 minutes and they said the order was already processed. Thirty days later, I did not receive the items. Clicked on their tracking which said delivered. Emailed them and they also said it was delivered. I said they were not and so, they offered to send the items again. Nope! They then offered 60% refund back. Would take 15-25 days. Past 25 days. Still nothing. Funny how fast they can take your money but yet take so long to refund you, which in this case was a lie.
A huge scam!!

I ordered several things, luckily with a gift card. Waited a mth before the tracking said it was delivered, which wasn't & sent an email. They respond with sorry, it shows delivered but we'll resend it. Waited another 3 wks, shows delivered. USPS doesn't even have tracking numbers that start like the one given, so of course its not being sent. What a waste. And now they want to refund me 70%, which is better than nothing, but really now, it's BS & they know it.

My order never came no refund or replacement avoid at all costs

Never received mech. No response to email. Complete scam. Too bad they are allowed to exist.

Dishonest fraudulent company do not use. Product was absolute rubbish not at all as advertised and as others have said arrived all in one plastic bag ( I ordered several sets for nephews as a gift but they didn’t even come in individual boxes!) Told me to return for a refund which I did at a cost of £13.70!! They refused the package which has now been returned to me and are refusing to refund. So I’ve now lost even more money trying to return. Disgusting how people can earn a living trying to rip people off.

Bälle kleben zwar an der Decke, aber da bleiben sie auch. Leuchten tun sie leider auch nicht!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Total scam! Arrived in cheap plastic wrapping, NO BOX! They stick to the ceiling and stay there! They leave residue marks on the paintwork too! They DON'T GLOW and when my son had a squeeze they popped! Absolute rubbish!!!

Rubbish product arrived today and completely dissatisfied, does not do what they are suppose to and unable to return. Not a happy customer 😞 waste of money!

So not what is advertised, no box but a cheap plastic bag. No return details, nothing!! Shame on you and dumb from me!! I want my money back.

Items are fakes, don't arrive in a box they arrive in cheap plastic wrap. Colours don't match pictures/,videos and they refuse to give a return label - sent from china but return address is Sweden.

Absolutely terrible product - they don't come down from roof and leave marks. Do not buy these.

Came in ghetto looking packaging….no label of the product name, rather “AliExpress Vendor”. Probably from Amazon. The website shows a nice product box/gift set. False marketing. I got duped.

Terrible product doesn’t come With any packaging so can be packed as a gift does not glow makes marks when you throw it on and doesn’t return to the floor currently awaiting for a requested refund and label for return
