Hi got dog on Wednesday 10am,quiet unbelievable, not as advertised, sent email straight away for refund, no response yet, will contact, consumer complaint council soon, if no response. Go to. An garda, report deception and fraud, then go to the bank ask to reverse payment.

No stars at all. Received the item. An absolute scam. The LAMP is a tiny night light. A fraudulent site. Do not buy. €39.99 wasted. I emailed them hours ago and got no reply. Have contacted the consumer watchdog. Do not buy

Very misleading and Ai generated website along with the photos too. Picked a shitzu lamp that was standing and giving the impression it was about 20cm tall. Arrived as a sitting dog, different breed and the size of a tea cup. RIP off

Complete false advertising. What is advertised looks like something you would happily give as a gift. What was received looks like something you would give to someone you don't like. Absolute rip-off. Whoever is behind this deserves to step on a thumbtack

Recieved the 2 dog lamps today,Paid 68 euro for them. Did think they were comming from dublin,,,but no CHINA. The lamp are about 3 inch high,,,plastic and very poor, was fair annoyed,Why are these gansters allowed get away with this fraud.There ad kept comming up on youtube, Youtube also need to take responsibility for allowing that false advertising on there site.
So if any one else is looking at these fakes,,stay away...

Terrible quality products - AVOID !
I bought a product from this company and it was not at all what was advertised. The website photograph with the two women is generated by AI. The narrative that they are imminently closing down and they are offering 80% off has been going on for several years at this stage. This company does not operate in Ireland and sells cheap, plastic junk (probably mass produced in China) that looks nothing like what is advertised.

Absolute scam, do not buy. What was delivered vs what is advertised is actually comical. Should have checked here first!!

Ordered an animal lamp for a birthday present. Still hasn't arrived. Paid 39.99E.
I now see this was a scam.. Don't trust this in any shape or form. I ordered using Shop App so I don't think they can access anything further. . But still had my card cancelled to be sure.
Keeps saying my package cleared customs and is in transit.
3 weeks now. Why they go to bother of tracking is beyond me as its all bull.
Maybe some crap thing will arrive eventually like some people got.

Hardcore false advertising. The scale of the item is ENTIRELY off and looks to be about 30% smaller than what is advertised. And the 'stained glass' effect is absolutely ridiculous. The squares or shapes are not coloured pieces that slot in, they are spray painted while in situ so colours seem to bleed into adjoining sections. Made from really cheap plastic. Complete joke really...

Like Something you buy in a 2 Euro Shop or Pound shop
There is a electric wire coming out of the Plastic Toy and your Suppose to plug it into a Scoket
I Showed this to a Qualified Electrican
He said it's Wrongly Wired and it's 100% Deadly Dangerous

My mam got scammed here, she ordered 2 "handcrafted" lamps, what she received was like some thrash off shein!! It cost her 70e, we will look for a refund and I will update here if received.

I ordered the "large " deer with antlers, I paid 39.99 .I received it today and what I got was a tiny little BAMBI light not worth €2.99
Iam so disappointed and disgusted with that site. I've sent off an email to them, no reply yet.

NEVER BUY FROM GLOWDUBLIN.

9th June. I had an email from them offering me 50% refund, I immediately refused it, I want a full refund, I stood my ground, did not back down, and they offered me what I asked for full refund without having to send back the item they sent me.
My money should be in my bank account in a few days.....I wait with baited breath.
12th June, received my full payment!
So my advice is, do not under any circumstance accept any partial refunds, you paid the full price , you're entitled to full refunds.

Just a follow up on my recent review.made contact with them yesterday ,immediate response offering ne €11.99, after my refusal they offered 50%..few more emails between us, I could get full refund if i return item within 30 days..was surprised they answered so swiftly. I also asked about it not being glass ,got a detailed answer of why it's some sort of resin

Purchased 2 dogs, a fraction of the size for starters, and also they are ugly plastic with UBS wiring connection. Not what is advertised expected stain glass dogs etc. Also, the cost was 70.00 euros and this was suppose to be a major discount. We have discovered an identical site called PAWSDAMP.com supposedly based in Canada. Same story based around 2 sisters having to close down store.. COMPLETE SCAM!!! It's AI generated site and would love to know how sites like this are not shut down by browser search engines.
