Overcharged by 50% , dishonest.
I used this electrician twice. The first time, a quote was provided upfront and everything went as expected. However, on the second occasion, no quote or even an estimated cost was given before work began.
I was later charged £8,000, with the electrician claiming 12 full working days. This was for a small 3-bedroom house in Hengrove, where very little rewiring was actually completed. After getting three separate quotes for the work that was actually done, it became clear that I was overcharged by around 50%.
After this experience, I found other clients who reported similar issues — all of us ended up with unexpectedly large bills (over 30K) trusting that the pricing would be fair and honest.
I strongly advise anyone considering this electrician to always insist on a written quote or estimate before any work starts. Do not make payments until the work is fully completed, and ensure that the final cost matches what was agreed.
In my case, the work began with fitting a consumer unit, but after I questioned the charges, the electrician stopped responding and has not returned to complete the job.

We take all feedback seriously and always aim to carry out our work professionally and transparently.
In this case, the initial works were quoted and completed as agreed. The later works referred to involved fault-finding and remedial repairs to an existing electrical installation, where a number of safety issues and incomplete wiring from previous work were identified. Due to the nature of this type of work, it was agreed to proceed on a labour basis, as the full scope could not be determined in advance.
All works were carried out following the client’s instructions, and invoices were issued and paid during the process without dispute at the time. A detailed breakdown of the works, including time spent on site and scope, has been provided.
We do not recognise the claims regarding other clients. We always encourage customers to request written quotes or estimates where appropriate and are committed to clear communication and fair pricing.
Following a breakdown in the working relationship, it was agreed that it would be best for the remaining works to be completed by another contractor.
We remain committed to delivering safe, compliant electrical work and maintaining professional standards on every project.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The electrician was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He kept every promise he made, arrived on time every day, and completed the job to an exceptionally high standard. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were impressive. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled electrician.

Outdoor lights and cameras
We had our outside garden/house lights and cameras done by Glowtech Electrical Ltd.
Leo from his first visit to project completion was amazing and very professional. He knows his stuff and advises best solution when it comes to wiring, electrical sockets even smart switches and apps. He even worked longer hours to meet his commitment for project completion.
They use best quality materials and are very competitive/ reasonable on their service charges.
Highly recommended for any electrical works/ repairs and would surely use them again for future electrical works.
