I've just got a rental vehicle from G&M direct and I have to say the process was very straightforward. Ilham provided outstanding customer service and answered all my questions in a professional manner. If anyone is interested of getting a pco car on rent then this is the company you must go for.

Told the car would be ready at 1 and…
Told the car would be ready at 1 and wasn’t ready till 4,30. Gave me a filthy car and told take it to wash myself. Was told the car was serviced. Had to go back to their garage as the service sign was flashing saying it needed a service. No smiles or welcoming feeling when collecting car, just give us your money and wait.
