Withdrawal Status Completed but Not Received Any Funds

I just make a withdrawal request yesterday, and i've checked my wallet that i've not found any transfer from GMI Market... otherwise the withdrawal status is completed. I've been chat any support admin, the said i have to wait because of PSP, but right now i can't contact the livechat again.. very disappointing

Gini markets are a scam organisation

Gini markets are a scam organisation. They are as friendly as hell while they think they can get money out of you but once you stop sending money to them they just ignore you. It is impossible to get your money back and they ignore all requests to help.you get your money out. Avoid these people like the plague. They have scammed me for $600 by fake trades and won't tell you how to get the rest of you money out of their website
Fortunately I only got scammed for ,$1200 as I didn't trust them an inch and I refused to keep sending them money, even though they sound very plausible. If you mention bad reviews they just say it is people who don't like them and make you ignore all warnings from your bank saying this might be a scam. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS TO YOUR MONEY

This is too much now. I deposited with a crypto wallet, and I want to withdraw with crypto as well. I don't have any other payment methods. If I had Bitolo Pix, I could withdraw the funds, but I don't have that payment method. Sir, please solve my issue. I have been waiting for 3 days, and I am very worried about my funds. froud broker don't use

This is a broker who is a scammer. This broker opened a trade on my account without my permission and then accused me that someone stole my Mt5 master password and took trades on it using an iPhone, whereas I have never used an iPhone. What kind of broker is this who wants to loot your money? I lost $541 please don't ignore the negative comment

Such a useless company.
I have tried to signup and they kept me on hold for 24 hours and said its in process and after that they just said we can't open your account and can not disclose the reason.
Waste of time, non serious bhaviour

I am rating first 4 stars on Dec 7, 2023, because of the following:

First impression and Advantages:
1. I just registered as new client due to IB using profitable EA. My friend referred me to this broker GMI markets because he has been in this broker since 2019 and he has no issue so far in the withdrawal and deposit. He is also an IB who introduced me to this broker due to his profitable EA.
2. So far, the platform seems good. I also checked that this broker is accredited in the regulated bodies from FCA and VFSC which is also very good.
3. It is STP and ECN but I need to further review and observe since this is the feedback I received which is good.
4. I like the platform with copy trading and strict when it comes to IB.
5. When I made a deposit via online transfer, I like it that there is local deposit method. When I made the online transfer, it did not reflect immediately since I received an email that I have to show the proof of deposit but few minutes, it reflected in my account. I have to review again for withdrawal in the future.

I have been using brokers like XM, Exness, FP Markets, IC Markets, FBS, Vantage Markets and I want to further evaluate GMI Markets in 3 months to 12 months from now.

Do not trust gmimarikets.ltd, they work with thief, make fake frozen account and turn your account to US Anti bank money industry, which does not exist, and they never really investigation on you!They love making threat to scre you. Think, if account frozen forever, and they turn account to investigate there is noway to get frozen forever right?If you ask they to get contact info, they never give out. say some one will contact you, which on one will contact you at all. If you ask for extension on frozen account, they will change you 3% a day. on what you owe, this is highway robbery. All they want is ask you for more money, suck you dry.They love to say pay the certificate, to unfrozen the account, which does not make sense at all from what they told you. If they really turn over the account to investigate I don't think you can pay it out and get unfrozen. If this really can some one will do a investigate on them first. Also, what every they do or told you there is no letter or email to confirm what happen. Don't use this platform you will be sorry for life! Stay away and tell a friends. I already a victim. and there is no way to get my money back.

SCAMMED BROKERS

these brokers really slowly eat up our funds, I made 2x deposits and traded using 2 different EA's, and suddenly the EA was always OP outside of the technicals. Meanwhile at other brokers the EA actually had good performance, in my opinion, be more careful with these are brokers, instead of your money will be scammed.

Slow and not responsive customer support

I have a duplicated acc so i contacted customer support to delete one of the acc. 2-3 times i've contacted them but until now they have not make any move to enable my acc.
My conclusion their customer service is bad, in future if have trouble with withdrawal or deposit not reflected in your acc they just might ignore you. Better find other broker with good and responsive customer support

Horrible and Terrible customer service . Never waste time with this broker . i asked several questions and never really got a clear and precise answer. The agent was Azfar ,rude and waste my time made me wait without even informing and never got back to me regarding my question and concern . If a broker doesn't really care for their clients/ customers why bother trading with them there are many better and more professional brokers out there .very very disappointed !!!
