Customer service is clearly a top priority at GMS. Georgina was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of selling my grandmother's mobility scooter. She responded to all of my emails promptly and offered a fair price. The courier company used for collection was also very good, particularly in terms of communication and live tracking. I genuinely couldn't fault the experience and would highly recommend GMS to anyone. Thank you for making the whole process so stress free.

Great communication, prompt delivery and well-priced items. Very helpful people (Jeremy, in particular) and were able, and willing, to collect the wheelchair I'd had delivered, to do adjustments for me. Would highly recommend doing business with GMS Mobility.

I contacted GMS regarding a Sunrise Powerchair that was in very good condition and working order and that I needed to sell for the owner. They responded very quickly. After sharing some photographs, they made me an offer which was acceptable and arranged collection. The lady that collected the Powerchair was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She tested the chair, was very happy with it and arranged payment before the chair was loaded into the van. I was even asked to check my bank account before GMS left to ensure that the money had transferred correctly. I was blown away with the quality and speed of support. I will happily refer everyone who wants a quality second hand mobility scooter or Powerchair to GMS.

After weeks of looking for an unused iConnectZora powerchairwith attendant bracket GMS were advertising me for sale. I rang GMS on Friday 12th December and spoke to Joel who was very friendly and helpful. Joel organised the purchase for me with no problems.My powerchair ws delivered on Monday 15th December and it is a beauty. I would highly recommend GMS a friendly and professional company with excellent service and fast delivery. Thank you so much Joel for your help and a smooth purchase.

Spent nearly £3000 on a folding mobility scooter for my 88 year old Mum only to have it stop reversing and folding up properly 8 months later. Gms don't want to telling me to go to care co to PAY to get it fixed. What a way to treat a customer let alone a 88 year old disabled one. Throughly disgusted with gms.

My housebound mum ordered an ex demo power chair from here and the service was first class and the price very competitive. The transaction was made very easy for her and delivery was quick and excellent service and clear and simple communication . GMS are brilliant with their customer service compared to other comapnies ive dealt with and the products have always been top quality and if ive had any problems theyve sorted them straight away!

I’ve had to deal with being disabled for over 30 years. In that time I’ve had to order various items, big and small and it’s always been a bit stressful. The massive difference with GMS Mobility is how easy and simple it was to deal with them. I’ve just bought a fantastic new wheelchair at an unbelievable price and it was delivered today. Just 48 hours after buying it! The delivery guy was fantastic. I received a follow-up email - there is a phone number but I chose emails - to check that everything was ok and to let me know that, if there were any issues, to get on to them as soon as possible and they’d sort it! Brilliant! Total peace of mind. If you need a new wheelchair, which is a huge purchase in all ways, I cannot recommend GMS Mobility higher. They’re great.

After making the decision to purchase a mobility scooter we visited several main suppliers where we obtained all the information on which type of scooter would suit me best, I recommend everyone to do this as what you think may be adequate May turn out to be totally unsuitable.
I was in the process of going back to one of these suppliers to finalise a deal, an Abilize Aeron-Li, ideal as it has a lithium battery, a decent range, lights fitted, able to deal with an 8% incline and easily dismantled to transport in the boot of a car (subject to car size) the dealer wanted £1999.99 (with vat relief) £20.00 delivery and when asked if it came with a suitable bag for the rear of the seat (carry portable oxygen in my case) they wanted extra for this.
So I had one last look on the internet just for peace of mind and I came across GMS who had ‘ex-demo’ scooters, and one been the exact model I was about to purchase.

From that initial contact I have to say the service was exceptional, I spoke to ‘Joel’ we discussed the said scooter and I was assured this was indeed an ex demo, never been sold to a customer and was in as new condition (Grade A) it was supplied with a 6 month warranty, which they agreed to extend to 12 months if I completed the purchase, delivery was included at no extra cost and when I mentioned I was looking for a ‘seat bag’,Joel said he would have a look into this.
We agreed a delivery date to suit me and the deal was done, at a total cost of £1595.00 (with vat relief)

The big bonus - The scooter purchased was indeed originally from the supplier who I originally went to.

The scooter arrived on the date specified, on a pallet and well packaged, delivery driver was a credit to his company and helped unpack the scooter, and upon my request removed the pallet and packaging. The condition of it was as described Grade A

I have already recommended GMS to a friend who is considering a purchase, and should the need arise I would not hesitate in using them again.

We ordered a mobility scooter on Monday and it was safely delivered on Thursday morning and after taking it out of the packaging, it was ready to go.

Just been to GMS. They have a vast range of mobility scooters of all types. The guy i saw was most helpful, nothing was to much trouble. I was looking for a light weight folding scooter that would fit in my boot. The one I had chosen from the website would'nt fit into my car. He found me one that would. He spent some time lifting ones in and out the boot. It's nice to deal with a company that wants to provide a good service. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant.
They are excellent, honest, trustworthy and delivery the highest quality in mobility scooters, customer service, patience and also have an extremely excellent sense of humour which is a must. Delivery is fast and the delivery company they use are really lovely people too, will take your new mobility scooter off the pallet for you, make sure you know how to operate it, you can't get better service anywhere in the United Kingdom.

GMS were professional from the outset. I part exchanged my Grey Kymco Maxi XLS for a lovely Red example. Jeremy delivered the red Kymco in person the next day but unfortunately, I sensed later that there may be a slight vibration coming from the front steering through to the tiller. After discussion with Jeremy and with no fuss, he agreed to collect the scooter the following morning and I asked if I could view an ex demo CareCo Enzo 8 scooter. He arrived promptly the next day with an immaculate bronze Enzo8. We agreed a fair price given the upgrade and I am now the proud owner of a lovely mobility scooter some £500 below a new showroom price.
I cannot praise this company enough. No hard selling, excellent communication and a willingness to solve any issues. Jeremy was a true gentleman and nothing was too much trouble. Congratulations to all staff at GMS.

Very quick service and super fast, free delivery. Ordered on Sunday evening, arrived on Tuesday morning by pallet delivery. Powerchair is in excellent condition as described on the website. Very neat and nimble machine. Very happy with it. So far so good. Thanks to Joel for his speedy email replies too.
