Very prompt and helpful service. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing to sell mobility scooters.

It's a bit of a minefield when you're buying from a company you don't know online - I read the Trustpilot and Google reviews before buying from GMS Mobility and so following my great experience with the company I thought I'd add my feedback too.

Having done the research I knew the model of mobility scooter I wanted for my mum so bought it straight from the website. I felt there was a level of buyer protection given by paying with a debit card and by PayPal (another company I'd been looking at buying from requested a bank transfer which doesn't give you that protection). I immediately called after the payment had gone through to ask if the delivery could be delayed by a couple of days so that I would be in the house to receive it. I spoke with Joel who was already processing my order. He was friendly and professional and reassured me that it would be no problem and sent an email requesting I make a declaration by email of my mum's ongoing health issues in order to qualify for the VAT exemption which I know is standard practice.

The only issue I had was that I hadn't received a notification that the item had been dispatched, so got a bit twitchy on the delivery day and emailed the company. Georgina quickly responded and reassured me that my item was on the way as requested.

Sure enough, a couple of hours ago I received the scooter and the delivery guy even asked if I wanted the wooden pallet it was shipped on or whether I wanted him to remove the scooter from it so I didn't have to dispose of the wood which was helpful. He also gave me an overview of the controls which was an unexpected bonus!

The ex-demonstration scooter is in great condition and came with manual, charger and two keys on a handy lanyard. I had great fun trying it out on my street so I can instruct Mum on how to use it when I surprise her tomorrow morning.

I've already recommended this company to a friend. I'm happy and relieved to say it's the real deal and I'm also chuffed with the price I paid for a nearly-new model.

Contacted to sell my Dads mobility scooter after he had passed away. Georgina was in constant contact arranged to pick up Monday was received Tuesday and money transferred into my bank same day. Would highly recommend excellent customer service.

My only concern/issue/worry ….. we did a part x the price we were given and obviously accepted fell extremely low to what our part x is now being sold for by GMS! Whilst I appreciate it’s a company and is there to make money but I feel there’s a real need to be fair with customers and offer an appropriate amount where all parties are happy and more importantly for the customer to know what the % mark up will be for GMS when they re sell,
this would have definitely impacted on part X decision against our scooter purchase!

A very quick response to my enquiry, on a Sunday. Once the quote was accepted the collection was organised very quickly and efficiently and payment made as promised.

Could no longer use my mobility scooter due to ongoing disability, so needed to sell it, without the hassle of ebay and time wasting buyers etc. A friend of mine recommended GMS Mobility. Gave them a call, the scooter was collected promptly by 2 very polite gentleman and I was paid the following day, completely stress free transaction from start to finish, absolutely fantastic.

Ordered a scooter for my father. The service from initial contact via email and then telephone to delivery was first class. Joel was extremely helpful as was his colleague Georgina. He took the time to return a missed call from me and reassured me regarding the purchase. The delivery guys were great too. Delivered promptly within the time frame and within 2 days of placing the order. Excellent service from start to finish, would highly recommend using GMS. They did everything they said they would do and more and dealing with Joel was a breath of fresh air. Excellent customer service and product.

Bought a Quingo sport mobility buggy was very happy with the service I received Joel couldn’t part exchange my scooter so he got it collected when my other one was delivered .Love my scooter and would recommend these guys

I have just purchased my second used mobility scooter from them. There was a delivery problem with the first one, not GMS's fault, the weather was causing havoc but they kept in touch as to the delivery progress. It arrived and was spotless. As I said I have just part exchanged that one for a larger one. Again it arrived in fantastic condition but unfortunately there was a problem with the storage box, within two days of phoning a new box arrived. Fantastic customer service every time you contact them, a brilliant team

My ex demo Careco Lite X scooter was delivered early morning 2 days ago. It was a brilliant price and is immaculate. I was also given a very fair price as part ex on my old scooter which was collected later that day.

I needed to sell a mobility scooter on behalf of a friend and contacted GMS Mobility by email. They responded very quickly, offered a good price and arranged for the mobilty scooter to be collected by a courier. All the arrangements went smoothly. On the day that GMS Mobilty received the scooter, they checked it over and paid the money into my friend's account. I am very grateful to them for such a prompt and efficient service.

I contacted GMS to buy a particular scooter. Their advice was to buy a different scooter that was cheaper. Thanks GMS. I saved about £500. Both types of scooter were available from GMS.

As a young 30 year old with a new onset disability i had absolutely no idea what to expect in my first experience purchasing a scooter. The scooter was delivered next day it is perfect! i cannot believe how much it has given this usually bed bound mum a new lease on life. I did have a few questions after purchase which the seller happily answered no matter what i asked which was lovely as i suffer from autism chromosome duplication and severe anxiety so the questions kept coming as i had no clue what i was able to do with the class of scooter i bought, and Joel even rang to talk me through it. lovely customer service i have never felt more at ease and confident i made the right purchase for myself with the right seller. When i upgrade to a bigger more powerful scooter as i gain confidence i will absolutely ONLY be considering ordering from this company.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. The response to my initial request for a quote to buy my mobility scooter was very quick. Once I had accepted the offer, my scooter was collected within a couple of days and li received my payment the following day. The service was exceptional.

This was a company that I'd never heard of before last week but am I glad I searched and found them. I didn't want the hassle of selling my mobility scooter ,and contacted GMS. From the very beginning they were really helpful without pressurising me. My email was picked up very quickly ,they asked for photos which I sent and from that moment they gave me a quote,asked if I wanted to accept and then did all the arranging to get the scooter to their company.They kept me informed all the time.Once there,they looked it over and as promised the money was in my bank...brilliant.
