Communication is horrible..
Communication is horrible... even for simple queries.
After spending 30+ mins waiting on the phone to speak to an agent, as soon as the call goes through they hang up and you have to start again.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Extremely poor customer service, poor internet quality. I have been emailing for over a month, trying to get a problem with my bill sorted so that I can pay it. No one responds to my emails despite me asking repeatedly for someone to contact me, all I get is the automated email, then silence. The online chat never works. When you try to contact an online agent the only message you get is "due to the bad weather we are experiencing problems". This is despite the fact that it is sunny and calm weather outside. The chat box remains unanswered. Cancelling and going to Melita.
Go plc are the worst communications…
Go plc are the worst communications provider on the planet. They suck out your money and return that with sheer mediocrity and dismal service. After sucking out the monthy instalment from your account, they do not even offer the possibility of directly speaking to an agent, and the fact that the possibility of speaking to an agent is mentioned on their webpage is just to frustrate you more, as nobody ever answers for literally at least a whole half hour. Their television and internet service is subject to continuous cuts and interruptions. Their motto is simple: get clients to sign a contract, then leave them on their own to savour a supershitty service. GO is in fact short for GO to hell.
Worst service and customer care I've ever experienced
While making my first agreement with GO I was lied to about the terms in case of downgrading. Since first notifying them about the issue in the start of may 2021, the case is still not finished now late july.
They told me they have tried to call, but I didn't recieve any calls. I emailed them please call me and I gave them my number. Then they responded they have updated my number - THEY ARE MY TELEPHONE PROVIDER! How can they not have the right number?
Later they call me and offer a cheaper and better plan. That's nice, thank you. I agree to sign the deal after my case have been closed, and the GO employee says she will push my case forward. I 2 weeks later I still have not recieved an answer to my simple question.
GO's customer care is a joke. I'm terribly unhappy with the way I've been treated and I cannot recommend their service to anyone.
I don't know if their competitors are like this too, or this is the standard on the island.
It sure as hell doesn't meet my basic standards for customer care.
GO PLC Malta is not trustable at all lies
It's been 8 months since we have signed a contract with GO and the cable internet is not installed yet. A very helpful seller on PAMA branch promised that the Internet cable would installed in 3 weeks, offering this amazing "Smart Hub" which would be enough to work from home. Lier. We have this bloody Smart Hub and we also almost lost our jobs because the speed is hilarious (9.8 mbps). Thanks to Epic Mobile Data, we could keep our jobs, but Epic Mobile data is bloody expensive! I contacted a person called Marie Busutill on Facebook in March/2021 and she said the problem would be solved in 3 weeks (again 3 weeks?). Today is 19th July 2021 and I moved to another flat and PROBABLY GO PLC NETWORK WILL CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAVE HAD. Can I cancel this contract based on GO PLC incompetence in Malta? Can they refund all the money we have paid to Epic to keep our internet connection working?

This is a truly terrible company - tried to charge me 150eur for a router, despite being previously told it didn't need to be returned.
Poor quality internet too, and abysmal customer service.

Avoid this company at all cost, they tie you to a 2 years contract and they don't deliver, then you are charged a hefty early termination fee.
They are disgusting and dishonest liars.

Don't think anybody can be happy with…
Don't think anybody can be happy with this company. If you want to be treated like a person from the CS team, you might need to be speaking maltesse, otherwise, prepare to be yelled at and to be left without help. Not speaking about them being the only company with fiber optics and at the same time, the worst internet I ever had on the island.
Also, it's well know here how this company is treating the foreigners workers...
Sorry Go, you have to do better.
This is supposed to be Malta's foremost communications company. Well, my landline hasn't functioned in well over a year, my Internet and wifi connections are abysmal, and the TV cable services are laughable at best. They look like they're stolen from Greece and given to us - Greek adverts and all. Get me the heck outta here!
