Go Ballistic Paintball Avis 

Booked paintball for Friday evening (Gateshead) as there was availability. Confirmed numbers and paid the money and received the confirmation email. I later received an email stating they had tried to contact me (which they hadn’t) to inform me the booking had been cancelled. I rang and asked why the booking was cancelled and they stated they had no capacity even though the website stated they did. He stated the refund would be made, no apology or explanation as to why the website lets you book, pay and receive confirmation for them to then cancel the booking. Not a great experience and now thankfully booked with a reputable company.

Booked this paintball centre for a stag doo and it was fantastic. The different maps were great, and the games were fun. The equipment was all top notch and there was plenty of breaks to top up the guns with gas and clear goggles etc. Special shout out to Will who really made the experience for us. The guys hilarious and did a great job of explaining the games and making sure the whole session ran like clockwork.

Very poor experience at the St Albans (Bricketwood) branch.
The site is very rundown and in desperate need of a revamp. Staff are very junior and unhelpful. We booked for a group of teens who were not properly supervised. 1 kid was injured and needed to be hospitalised due to lack of control amongst the groups.

We were also approached by the "land owner" who was quite aggressive towards us bringing food to the premises. This was approved up front before we booked, and we had brought our own refuse bags. Very unprofessional and archaic.

Avoid this establishment, there are better options out there.

My partners was best man at a stag do and took a part of 8 here, had a great time great banter from the host and they were about to dish it out under the circumstances. Would visit again

Wouldnt bother booking with this company , the experience my son received for his airsoft party was shocking , then to offer a £15% of next booking after paying £456. Wouldn’t recommend this company ever again. Better companies with alot better customer service & better experience.

We paid £700 and when we turned up they claimed to have no record of the booking and that there was no paintballing on that day so our days event was effectively cancelled. They refused to give me a refund on the spot and kept blaming each other. I don't care who's fault it is, I just need either a refund or to do some paintballing. I would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalling customer service. If I could remember the guy's name who I dealt with I'd make a direct complaint. Zero conflict management training, shouting at and over me, and rude beyond belief. Went to their competitors instead who were outstanding in every way, South Coast Paintball.

Booking process was not smooth. Even though online there is availability, they email and cancel your booking LATER. AVOID AVOID

The whole experience was bad. Marshals were very unhelpful with little professionalism to none. They tell you a bunch of rules but people were not sticking to them and marshals did not care. Paintballs were expensive and food was horrible. The morning supposed to start at 9:30 and finish at 13:00 but it started at 10:10 and it finished at 12:10. Waste of money!

Unhelpful and disorganised.

Booked for my sons 18th Birthday 2 months in advance.

3 days before the contacted me to say they couldn’t honour my booking and had put it on hold. They could offer an alternative and to let them know. I couldn’t get hold of one of the guests and asked that if he couldn’t make it that one place be refunded. They said No, they needed to know numbers and they could either book him in or not and he would have to take his chance in availability. This after they had cancelled me at short notice!!

I took the chance and booked for the original numbers.

We arrived and they had us booked in for one less than we were.

Do not use this company, they are a 3rd party booking site. Go direct to the venue!!
