First order came quickly and I was fooled
First order came quickly and was very happy. Refill time 3 months later, I decided to go for the year and didn't know that was a mistake. After paying $3,489 and with having enough leeway time to not have a gap in dosage, I was happy to see the payment, refill request approved and was now awaiting shipment from the pharmacy. Except it sat there for over a week and began raising the alarm. After reaching out by phone and direct messaging (1-2 day turn around was also adding to the slight panic that was settling in) going into 2 weeks, received confirmation messages with the same message that it's ready and will be shipping in the immediate future. It wasn't until 2 weeks and letting them know that my next action was to out to report them as a fraudulent business to my bank, was when bioverse and ONLY THEN ANYONE informed me that the medication was actually out of stock!! The whole time I was inquiring, someone at bioverse knew the meds were out of stock and intentionally withheld that information from me, even after my numerous inquiries by responding to only reiterate my payment was accepted, prescription approved, medication was in process and will ship within 3-5 business days. All the while, no one actually knew when the medication would really be available to ship.
I feel completely conned and do hope no one else finds themselves in this predicament.

After canceling my prescription 3 months ago, out of the blue I got a charge for 289 and a shipment confirmation. I was confused because I canceled the service. So I sent a meaaage same they refused to cancel on their end the shipment and gave me an accuse of waiting to hear from the pharmacy to see if they could cancel. Well they never got back to me and when I reached out again wanting a refund because I am not using this anymore they ignored me and refused to refund. They are rude and incompetent. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

They can improve by not scamming people. I was told once I canceled my membership there would be no charges to my bank account. Since being told this I have canceled twice but my account has been charged again. This type of business shouldn't be allowed and needs to be stopped.

I was disappointed with my experience with this company Bioverse because the Facebook advertisement did not match what I actually received. I believed I was signing up for a GLP-1 medication promotion for $39. However, after enrolling, I quickly realized that the $39 was for a membership, not the medication itself. While I understand I may have misunderstood part of the advertisement, the way it was presented felt misleading.
Shortly after signing up, the company attempted to charge my account $199 before I had even spoken with a doctor. Fortunately, the charge did not go through. When I realized this was a membership I could not use, I contacted the company immediately to request a refund. I explained that I am covered by Medicaid and already under medical care with multiple prescriptions, so the membership was unnecessary for me.
I was told that the company has a strict no-refund policy, even though I reached out right away. I also noticed that I was unable to locate the original advertisement again, which added to my concerns about how the offer was presented.
Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the experience. I recommend that others read all details very carefully before signing up, as the pricing and membership structure may not be as clear as it first appears.

I purchased a product totaling $329 at the beginning of February, and as of late March, I have yet to receive it. Over the past several weeks, I have followed up consistently, reaching out every few days for a status update. Each time, customer service representatives provide the same response: that the order has been shipped to the pharmacy and will be sent out soon. When I escalate by phone, which itself is a challenge due to limited availability, I am told the matter has been elevated to management and that someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. To date, I have received no follow-up calls or emails. The only responses I receive appear to be aimed at closing out support tickets rather than resolving the issue. Additionally, the quality of communication suggests that support may be largely automated or outsourced, as representatives frequently struggle to understand the details of my concern.

I signed up but immediately canceled when I was able to review reports. I've had to dispute 2 transactions now and cancel my debit card due to this company. They WILL continue to charge you even when you log in and it says no subscriptions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not trust them
Do not trust them. I told them not to charge my card and they did anyway. Discover gave me back the original invoice but they would not give me back the $135 per month. It tool me 4 months to get the $135 from being charged to my charge card.

I have tried another glp before and had really good luck. I lost weight right away with the order company…
Tried to contact the company about switching to Trizepiteid and the told me my cure med & dose isn’t at a Therapeutic levels it takes time to lose weight ect. Why did I waste almost $500 to get this medication? My suggestion is go to a more reputable company and don’t try to save money like I did. I’m totally bummed I went and got medication with this company…

Please do not go there. They don't do anything I paid over $200 to have them chat back-and-forth about absolutely, nothing, them "being there for you and your weight loss journey" and submitting a prior authorization that happened almost a month ago. Refused to give ne my $135.00 back and requested more money from me. What a terrible joke, complete ripple off, they did absolutely nothing in the 2 months it just a complete rip-off and the customer service person I keep talking to the same guy and he is extremely rude.

If I could, I wouldn’t even give them one star. They are a terrible company. I was initially going to get weight loss medication from them but first you need to fill out an intake form and have an appointment with the doctor. I ended up going with a different company.. and they charged me anyway, when I showed them the proof that I had emailed them to cancel. They did not refund me my money and have continued to send me different emails and different phone numbers to a support team and tech team. But at this point, I think that they don’t have either. all of their numbers do not work, all of their emails don’t work. Bogus company don’t waste your time or money because they will take it and not give it back

I want to share my experience so others understand how the signup process works.
When registering with BioVerse, you are required to select and commit to a treatment plan (including the number of months) before speaking to a doctor or any medical professional.
During the intake process, a $39 fee is presented as an intake charge. You are told your card will not be charged at that time.
However, my card was immediately charged — not just the $39 intake fee, but for the full treatment plan duration I selected.
There was no consultation prior to the charge being processed.
When I contacted customer service, I was initially told no charge had been taken, despite my bank confirming the transaction. I was then informed that cancellation can take 10–20 days to process. The $39 intake fee is non-refundable.
If you are considering signing up, be aware:
• You must select and financially commit to a plan before speaking to a provider.
• Charges may process immediately.
• Cancellation processing is not instant.
Review the billing terms very carefully before entering payment information.
