GoBolt - NYC Avis 112

This is the second time that they are not accurate with the delivery date ..this time 3 times it's been switched..the 16th then today the 17th now I go into there site and it switched for tomorrow the 18th..like wtf...

I've been watching this driver circle my location for two days in a row on GoBolt's live tracking. I live on a major street, but finding it seems to be impossible for them.

My package was supposed to be delivered by 9 PM yesterday, but surprise! It wasn't. I doubt it will today either. If PiggyShip can find their way here even with their dismal track record, I don't see why GoBolt can't.

Terrible service. My package says the delivery was attempted cause the store was closed and is not a store is a house and I was waiting here all day for the package to come. Disgusting

Disgusting service. And of course there’s no direct customer service option to speak to someone or file a concern/complaint. I literally watched the delivery person on camera stand at the end of my walkway and THROW the package at my house. It landed on the stairs then tumbled down to the bottom. A box clearly marked fragile, by the way. I immediately went out to ask him about it but he ran to his car and sped off.

I will be sure to cancel any future orders from companies that use GoBolt as their delivery vendor and I also will not use GoBolt as a vendor for any of my personal businesses either. Completely unacceptable.

They delivered it to the wrong address and took a picture of a house. However, I live in an apartment building.

After I checked Temu it stated that GoBolt attempted delivery and the was a problem with the address. GoBolt second attempt stated that the Business was closed. My address is a residence. If you order from Temu and they use Goblet you will not get your package.

I never had a problem with a delivery company until now this is the second time I made a purchase with a different accompany use the same delivery company. It says my package was delivered and it was never delivered. I think the employee are stealing the packages!

Their employees are thieves. I received a text confirming delivery while I was home. The package was nowhere to be found. I called back the number that texted me, the delivery employee speaks only Spanish. I texted back, asking where he put my package, he never responded. He took side of the package without background and posted as delivered.

My package from Temu was picked up by GO BOLT in November 2024. One package was picked up, GO BOLT opened my ONE package and separate it into two packages and stole my 32 pieces of silverware cutlery. The customer service number listed. They do not answer. I messaged them six times about my stolen cutlery sets and no respond. Be aware of GO BOLT stealing your items and re ship your package. I told Temu, not to ship anymore of my items with GO BOLT or I will no longer do business with them. So Temu noted my account now to ship my package with GO BOLT. SS NY.

Says I my package was delivered on November 29th at 11:28am. That was 2 days ago, which doesn’t make sense cause when I checked yesterday , which was November 30th, it says it was still being checked at customs. You cannot get thru to them at all!! I have always ordered from Temu and never had a problem. GoBolt is a terrible service and Temu needs to reconsider using their services or else they will lose customers.

Waiting all day tracking my package until 10pm when all of a sudden i've got a message saying unable to deliver and will try the next day which never happen. I still haven't received my package as of now. They never even bothered to make any attempts to deliver my package and i have a ring camera on my door so dont lie about it

I never received my order and it is extremely difficult to address this issue on gobolt’s site and there is no one to contact about this issue. I am never ordering from Temu again.

They delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS!

Horrible… says my package was delivered they show a picture of someone holding the package. No one‘s hand that lives here or works here so it’s false and no sign of package even though it says it was delivered. Can’t get in touch with the company and they don’t respond I think I’m being scammed

This company Gobolt is garbage their workers drive around without looking just drop the packages at the wrong address
and take a pictures of the address where they left the package and without supervision and claim they delivered the package to the right address they working with tiktok don't buy on tiktok, if you don't want your package to be lost forever.

They have no phone number to help customers this is a company I never
heard off before!.be becareful.

They are liars. Say the can't access to me to delivery it. My items are supposed to be here 4 dias ago. Im not the first with the same comment. Shitty company dont use.
