Extremely disappointing delivery…

Extremely disappointing delivery experience with GoBolt.

This was not simply a “missed delivery” situation. Clear delivery instructions were provided multiple times stating that deliveries to this business address could only be accepted during specific business hours. Despite that, delivery attempts were reportedly made on a Sunday and later outside the stated delivery window.

I was then told that the driver was “unable to locate the unit address,” yet no phone call was ever made to the recipient to resolve the issue — even though the full address and unit information had already been provided. A simple call could have resolved the matter immediately.

What was most frustrating was the customer service response. Rather than addressing the actual concerns being raised, the replies repeatedly summarized the delivery attempts without explaining why the delivery instructions were ignored or why no direct contact attempt was made.

I regularly receive deliveries from other carriers at this same business address without issue.

The package was ultimately returned to sender without the underlying delivery handling issues ever being properly addressed.

If customer delivery instructions are treated as optional depending on operational convenience, that raises serious concerns about reliability and accountability.

Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to order again from retailers using GoBolt as their delivery provider.

When the GoBolt driver was near, he called to let me know where he was and how much longer he’ll be to deliver!
I would definately use GoBolt again!!

GoBolt is horrible

GoBolt gave me a time range for delivery of my new IKEA mattress (and removal of the old mattress) between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. At 1:12 pm they texted me to say they'd arrived. No advanced communication. I wasn't home and - as I was at work - didn't have my phone available. When I called them back, they offered no help or explanation. Please, IKEA, dump this delivery service!

My Vancouver Townhouse address doesn't…

My Vancouver Townhouse address doesn't show up on Google Map. Good Protein put an adjacent address on the package. This was not going to work. I changed the address and left delivery instructions. Your driver obviously read the delivery instructions and found my place!!! Thanks.

Kind and flexible service

The delivery drivers were communicative and flexible. I was scheduled for a later delivery and they called and offered to drop it off earlier while they were in the area. It worked out great and they carried everything up two flights of stairs to my apartment without me even asking. Very kind and courteous.

Bunch of unprofessionals!
My delivery was scheduled between 4-6pm, and they were going to call me 30 minutes notice prior to delivery. I got a text at 10:30am that I am the next stop. 5 minutes after I got a call from a driver who could barely speak English and said he will be at my house in 5min.
I explained to him, and asked for 10 minutes prior time to get home and the guy said ok, I got home in less than 10 minutes and they were gone!!!
I called them but no answer. Idiots!

Great delivery!

Super happy with the delivery gents! Was running late for the scheduled drop and thought they were just going to drop it off at lobby and leave but they waited at the door and helped me carry all 6 giant boxes inside the unit! Super helpful!

Dreadful service

On 3 different occasions poor service with GoBolt - late deliveries to not leaving package in correct location despite specific instructions to failed delivery which was never explained.
Dreadful unreliable service in Vancouver- unfortunate it’s used by Lululemon in this city.

Smooth delivery

Live tracking made it easy for us to anticipate delivery time (although the original 12-hour delivery window was a bit surprising!). The driver called when very nearby; then assisted in getting the multiple heavy items into the elevator.

Driver lied - horrible service

Gobolt texted saying they’d arrived. I immediately went outside and there was no sign of them. I stayed outside. After a couple of minutes, my phone rang with an unknown number. After two rings, I picked it up. The call was disconnected before I heard anything from the other person. Apparently that was my call to confirm I was home. I was still standing in my driveway. I stayed there for about 10 minutes and then went inside.

Shortly after, I received a text saying they had waited for 15 minutes outside my house and my package was deemed undeliverable because I wasn’t home according to the driver. So the driver lied and it’s too bad for me. And there was no way for them to come back and try again. I have to wait another week for my package.

Pretty horrible delivery service.

Driver almost ran me over as a pedestrian

Not even a customer, but I almost got run over by a GoBolt driver in the Brentwood (Burnaby) area.

A GoBolt delivery truck was speeding through a parking lot while trying to turn around and nearly hit me as I was walking across. The driver didn’t stop, roll down the window, or even acknowledge what happened. I literally thought he was gonna hit me and drive away. Just a heads-up to anyone in the area: watch out for GoBolt delivery drivers. Don’t trust this company with deliveries. * -1,000,000 stars

Getting my package handed to me…

Getting my package handed to me personally..the first attempt I wasn't home so they sent me an email about offering a second attempt. I was so relieved that they never left it when I wasn't home the first time. I met driver on second attempt and thanked him for being so professional.
