It was cold, wet but very enjoyable... the staff are great, willing to share tips and knowledge and everyone I met on the bank was friendly and again happy to share their experience of the water .. ... bonus I had a fish as well and am returning later this week...

Gwinear has got to be the best fishery in Cornwall. With the chance of catches numerous 30lb+ carp in gorgeous surroundings, I'd definitely recommend it to everyone

Vérifié

Enjoy it every time.

Amazing value for money. Caught a 33lb on a 24hr session. Clean and tidy.

Clean tidy lake great staff in the shop

Never fails to provide any challenge. A big of trimming around the reeds wouldn't go a miss

Great venue with a lovely stock of fish, but unfortunately feel they need to vet the people they are letting on the lake, on the last night of my trip “18/07/25” three anglers/lads on a camping trip turned up with loads of beer and disposable barbecues and one net between them, they was messing about all night shouting, to the point where people on the caravan park told them to shut up at 2 o’clock in the morning!! …… I would also point out I fished for three days and never once did anybody come round to check the lake!!

Loved the special pool.

Great days fishing. Will definitely return soon.
