Outstanding

First time at clearwater fishery after some advice pointing us at the quality of the place from another angler else were. And i wasn’t disappointed in any way, the venue hosts a brilliant bait/tackle shop and has multiple lakes/ponds for all abilities.every thing is new and fresh and well cared for every one nice helpfull and no egos as some places usually have. I found every one a delight to speak to and infact when i needed something the owner came shooting up on his offroad buggy to assist ! Over all great place and great friendly staff

Impossible contact

You state that you will reply to any messages the next working day, however I sent 3 messages and tried calling a number of times. With no reply from the messages and no answer from the calls. I ended up contacting the fishery to help me move the dates I had booked due to some unforseen circumstances. Luckily they did this for me even though they said it was supposed to be catch dealing with the request.

I love the efficiency of the catch app

I love the efficiency of the catch app, but I am still having issues with my app, it still does not say swims and what bait people are using, even on my own catch reports, and I pay a monthly subscription

Staff in the shop are very friendly and helpful and loads of great choice of tackle and bait.
Will definitely be back at some point.

Not user friendly,
Calender doesn't have dates, choosing number of anglers and rods is confusing.
Page is to long for my phone and overlaps the buttons at the bottom of my phone which can result in loss of the page.
