EBike replacement battery
Have had several ebike over the years and this is the first one that I was able to get a replacement battery for their ebike. Custom service was quick to reply and I received the new battery in 2 days.

I tried for more than a full week to…
I tried for more than a full week to get an answer to fix the peddle assist over running the peddles the bike accelerates to 13 miles an hour after peddling 2-3 times. This is very dangerous for I experienced riders. No fix from Gocio. Says this is how the bike was designed. I own 2 Lectric e bikes with 800 miles on them. They don’t operate this way. Very disappointed with the tech support. Nice bike if it operated properly

I received the answer regarding to my ebike problem. Some e-bikes use a cadence sensor for peddling while others use a torque sensor as my Lectric bikes do. Know witch sensor the bike has before to purchase it. Cadence sensor don’t work well for aged people. Torque sensors do. Gocio is now looking to try and change the sensor design. Thank you

Dear Customer: Hello! Thank you for your review! We have received your feedback! Regarding the issue of rapid acceleration, this is because our latest e-bike uses a current controller. When the user pedals, the current is increased, accelerating the speed and resulting in relatively rapid acceleration, eventually reaching the speed limits of levels 1 and 2. Faster acceleration is more suitable for aggressive, adventurous riders, but less user-friendly for the elderly, children, or riders who commute at low speeds. Our development team is currently working on this issue, and we will be testing it on different models using a more stable controller system. We anticipate that soon, models geared towards urban commuting will use a smoother controller system, while models geared towards off-road adventure will continue to use our current controller solution! Customer service isn't helpful
I dislike the none responses to some of my inquiries, I waited and got a few but item arrived incorrectly and never got a response back on other product request for ordering. The shipping was long also could have been faster for the pricing. Need to improve on customer support majorly

We are currently contacting our warehouse team to check if there was any incorrect packaging. If there is no warehouse shipping error, you may need to manually adjust the display meter. We have urged our after-sales customer service and technical engineers to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. In addition, if you need to purchase front bike fork items, this item is now available and you can buy it directly in the store! Thank you!

It was what I expected. The battery could be larger and I would prefer a more upright handlebar.

Our product development team is currently actively optimizing our battery configuration and anticipates offering larger capacity batteries at the same price point in the future. We hope to improve your cycling experience in the future! Regarding handlebars, currently, different bicycle models have different handlebars. Our current handlebar selection is designed to better suit rider habits, and we may not have plans to optimize it at the moment. However, we will consider offering additional handlebar types of the same size as optional extras so customers can purchase items they prefer. Thank you for your suggestion! Happy riding!
