Ordered an Easter activity box for my…
Ordered an Easter activity box for my grandson. To date it has not arrived. Only today-April 9 2026- when I contacted them to inquire about the order and why I haven’t received the package or tracking information of any sort, is when they generated a UPS tracking number and email it to me. I have contacted my credit card company to reverse charges. I feel the emails were stalling and never providing sufficient information about order status. In fact, I don’t recall an order number being given. I feel this may be a scam. Beware.

I would have given it zero stars if I could. I ordered a year subscription for my grandson on 02/04/26. They took my year subscription $$$. But my grandson has not received it yet. I did screw up the zipcode and have reached out by phone and text per their instructions, leaving messages on both three times each to irradicate that. No one has reached out to me. Ive threatened in last message to report them to the credit card company they took my money from. And will be doing that rightly.
