Go Glass Avis

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. We were kept updated during production and then contacted to arrange delivery to suit us. The product far exceeded our expectations, the glass was very thick and the fittings were of of very high standard. Highly recommended.

My experience was flawless, I gave basic information for an estimate I received the most detailed quote with video and details of the production process. This together with their five star reviews made the choice simple. The end result is stunning, make sure you use these guys.

I’ve been trying to place an order since 2025.
When I email Tracy, she forgot to tell Clive, she lost the emails, she lost the names etc. etc.

Brilliant service brilliant product - so patient as well whilst we got the details right - thank you

We found just what we wanted on your website. It was very easy to use the online ordering although we did speak with someone first and they were very helpful. The order was delivered on time and with great care. The etched window looks fabulous now it has been installed.

Had searched for three years to find the right glass to go into the panels on our internal door and are delighted that we waited for GoGlass. The Frank Lloyd Wright etched glass design is amazing and looks fantastic in our 1920's property. I have no hesitation in highly recommending GoGlass!

Very happy with our glass doors for our under stairs wine storage. Tracy & Clive were a pleasure to work with and had some great ideas and delivered to our tight timelines. Highly recommended. Marlow, Bucks

Very pleased with the look, quality and service. Many thanks to Clive, Tracy Emma and the team. They are clearly very experienced, talented and showed tremendous patience as we moved towards confirmation of the end product and design. They have been both professional and friendly.

I’m really glad that I came down to the showroom and had that chat with Tracey where we explored purpose, function and safety in a family home. We now have two beautiful sliding doors with a unique feather design which, while enhancing the ground floor area, do not detract from the light and space we enjoy.
I am so, so pleased that I chose Go Glass for my install. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would most certainly use them again.

It was challenging to commission a custom shower screen as I had not done this before and was afraid of making an expensive mistake. However, the endless patience of Emma in responding to multiple emails and questions helped enormously and ensured we ordered exactly what we wanted to fit into a tricky space. The team arranging delivery was very friendly and helpful, rescheduling fit in with changing plans, and the delivery driver could not have been more friendly and helpful - something quite rare these days. Overall an excellent experience and a fantastic product. Highly recommended.

I used Go Glass recently for a wine cellar room project and i have to say they are an amazing business. Go Glass helped me every step of the way with their expertise and experience helping me avoid simple mistakes. in short they are a fantastic team with brilliant customer service and expertise...thank you!

The glass splash back that Go-Glass made for us fitted beautifully. It looks superb. Thankyou.

A fantastic company. We've been a client for many years now and their product and customer service is outstanding. if you get the chance go and meet them and their production team. First class. Highly recommended. David, Alresford, Essex

This is an amazing company and I feel lucky to have found them. I wanted an etched glass door for a small attic bathroom to increase light. I selected my preferred product, entered my aperture sizing on the 3D model on the website, chose hinges and knob and it arrived two weeks later. Sales emailed a provisional quote first, to check sizes and tolerances. Even better, I was also emailed by the team to check the knob I had chosen and advise on an alternative, and they also made sure that I was able to have the finished door delivered in time for a crucial date. My builder had no problems installing with the hinges and guidance supplied. Fabulous product and first class service - will not hesitate to recommend, and use again.

I ordered a fully bespoke shower screen and door and the process was impeccable from start to finish.
I had been pulling my hair out with local glass dealers (Yorkshire) but I had to find other suppliers to find hinges which would have been a bigger job.
Then I found GoGlass and put in my measurements online which quickly provided a 3D design and a phone call later had sound advice from the sales team to not order until we had reached a certain timeline in our bathroom renovation. As soon as the room was ready we picked up the order and the glass was delivered within a week, my fitter was also very impressed with the quality and was hesitant with how they were fitted but the team at Goglass were always on the other end of the phone to help us.
Highly recommend for top quality and service from all employees at this company start to finish. Thank you!

I recently ordered your shower screens from them. The whole process was very efficient and I even had a personal phone call to check I was happy with everything before the order was placed. Excellent customer service and product. I would highly recommend.

The most helpful and accommodating company I’ve dealt with for a long time. Love our new dog gate that looks so good and works well. Thank you!

Excellent advise and customer service throughout the ordering process. Prompt delivery and good quality product at a very competitive price. Thankyou very much.

Easy to communicate with.
Sent me designs to confirm my glass order.
Arrived on time and very well packed.

Having damaged an etched mirror panel Go glass made us a new one. Their customer service was second to none. Having received the new panel you would never know it had been replaced. I would highly recommend them.
