At least 90% of the appointments that I received from you were within about 10- 30 minutes for the appointment time. I live 45 minutes away (without any traffic) from the closest airport that has Global Entry appointments. So your service was not helpful at all to me.

Good program, painful enrollment process
Glad the global entry and this appt program exists. requiring an in person interview for a baby, especially when there is such limited availability of times and dates and the closest location to us is 3 Hours drive away, seems completely unnecessary. All they did at the interview for the baby was take a picture. Unclear why this is really necessary.
This appt tracker really saved the day.
Edited: the program to help identify sooner appointments is fantastic. This helped combat the issues above. Very much worth the fee, I’m so glad I came across this program. Thank you!
