January 2025 No problems with my order, I ordered got a confirmation email then delivery a day or two later. I'd shop there again no worries.

A wrong item is send out with customs paid
A wrong item is send out. As an international order I had to pay customs as well. Send that back it will then cost 3 even 4 times its normal cost to get the right item on my hands. So little to no effort to send out right order. If you are about for one time deal and get exactly what you need then I do not recommend at all. It is just a waist of money and time. If you have
extra time to lose, dealing with them, then you are in the right website

Item ordered not delivered In reasonable time. 3 phone calls to find out where it was and all they said was it’s not our department they were only the shop. Very unhelpful

Go elsewhere and get what you wanted
I ordered what I thought was a heated mat and thermostat. I got a heated mat....seemed expensive just for a mat and where was the thermostat? I rang them up, very helpful man put me through to the right person who explained the site was confusing and you had to add the thermostat to your basket. She said she would email me the details and offered 30% off price of thermostat. E mail never came . I emailed them asking about a refund on returning mat....no reply. Shall take my money and business elsewhere

We apologised for any lack of clarity on the product listing and we fixed it immediately to make it clearer. We did also clarify that the item you purchased was just for the Heat Mat and that if you wanted the Thermostat, we would offer you a discount as a gesture of goodwill. We also gave you the option for returning the item to us for a full refund. Sincere apologies you were not emailed again to clarify who would be paying the return postage cost as the postage cost for returns are in our terms and conditions. We are sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction but we strive to make improvements and respond asap to any issue asap.
