No Direct funds are available to Invest. despite asking them for it they do not have this available. People Investing be aware you save a lot on commision over ten years it could be few 100K depending on your portfolio value. I withdrew all my funds and went for direct funds with other broker.

I filed US taxes with iNRI - overall experience was Good - only problem was they took sometime so I was worried about missing the Apr 15 deadline.

All issues were sorted in a timely matter. I do recommend their services.

Great product. A mobile app would be a great next step that's super helpful for users.

Think of different user journeys. It took 2 weeks+ to get things running. Moreover it took 3 days to see the fund in my account. As an MVP it is less rhan ideal. Users expect much quicker turnaround. Also, UI and content should be more clear. Funds rating should be more explanable. Funds are rated lower on other trusted platforms and gigher here. This confuses users so provide explanation for this difference. Good luck!

I think iNRI is a offering very niche product by targeting a problematic area for non-resident Indians or overseas citizens of India, who so far had no easy way available to invest in India. So, in my opinion it's a brilliant idea and then the experience of onboarding an account to KYC verified to start the investment journey has been very smooth and fast.
I also like the fact that iNRI offers a very simple and unclustered website and makes investment easy along with useful recommendations on the funds to invest. I had an issue to get my KYC verified to start with, but iNRI's support team ensured they resolve it and was always willing to help to get me started.
Great work so far & wish them all the success.
