Mark knows how to relate to people, he anticipated what I was looking for and suggester a personalize tour for my interest. In all he was the best I have worked with and I have been traveling for a long time. Thank him for me.

Between the itinerary and accommodations Paddy helped us with, we couldn't find one thing to complain about if we tried. It was perfect and left room for negotiation and time to make it our own which is exactly what I wanted.
Paddy was a fast communicator and he was willing to help when we wanted to alter the itinerary.

We recently completed a wonderful trip to Ireland. Our small group chose GoIrishTours to help us plan. We were fortunate to work with Paddy who was easy and pleasant in the booking process and helped us with all our requests. We would also recommend our chauffeur Finbarr who was informative, helpful and made our adventure so enjoyable. We would definitely choose Paddy and Finbarr on our next Ireland trip!

We had a party off ten and arranged a 13 day tour of Ireland with Go Irish. Travel was by 16 passenger van with driver/guide. Go Irish provided an itinerary that looked good. All our stays of one or two nights through the trip were in castles as we requested. Our activities included sites that are recognized as among the best to visit in Ireland. The tickets for theses sites as well as dinner in most of the castles were included and prepaid. Fortunately the coordinator for our group made a detailed analysis of the daily travel times and determined that we could not follow the itinerary schedule we were given. We asked for corrections. Some were made and others were not. One castle could not include dinner so we were told we received a credit for that. We missed at least one of the activities since it was not possible to fit the schedule. I continued to receive overdue invoices even after I knew my wire transfer had been received by their bank. We all were sent an invoice for an additional €400 when we halfway through the tour. No explanation but they told us to ignore the charge.
Now, for the good part. Go Irish contracted with a driver/van from another company and he turned a 2* experience to a 5*! He adjusted our travel routes to overcome the deficiencies in the Go Irish itinerary. He added a couple of options which we took advantage of.
He also paid at Cliffs of Moher since they had no record of our prepayment. Our driver paid and said it would be easier for him to get reimbursed than us.
While the overall itinerary and castles provided by Go Irish were quite good the details were not well handled. Fortunately the trip turned out well due to our driver!

We have been working with Fiona at GoIrishTours and she has planned the perfect dream vacation for my friend's 60th birthday! Fiona is delightful and so quick following through with changes and requests. I have LOVED working with her! Our trip is a year away but we will definitely be booking other vacations with Fiona!

Christine was great to work with. She responded promptly to my emails and texts and she included very detailed information. I love that she has experience touring the different locations.
The only constructive feedback is that the prices are a bit high.

Lucas is a fine young man learning the travel business and already very knowledgeable. He knows Ireland well and was very helpful in listening to our needs and preferences about where to visit, stay, and experience the fulness of the country. We appreciate his personal service!

Just booked the tour - will update after I get back. But so far my experience with booking with Fiona has been wonderful. She worked with me last year when my daughter and I were going to go late May, but we ended up having to cancel the trip before booking the tour. So happy I was able to work with her and actually book everything this time. She’s been helpful with tips and fun facts, and made booking easy (especially with all my questions I had!).

even though we didn’t book our tour right now, my experience with Dylan was amazing. he gave great attention to details and customized an itinerary for our needs. would highly recommend and when we are ready to commit i will contact dylan again!

Fiona and her team did a fantastic job in preparing and presenting a first class experience for our two week stay in Ireland. We traveled from north to south, west to east to visit sites of interest plus our own family sites in Tyrone and Longford. She met our individual site preferences as well as taking into considerations our budgetary restraints. Two thumbs way up for her efforts.

If this review was for our driver alone, it would be all the stars!
I was displeased with the company making changes to our itinerary/ accommodations and increasing prices, well after we paid our deposit.
Aside from the additional unexpected cost, everything was wonderful.
Our driver, Finbarr, made the trip! He was funny, kind, and so accommodating! He was great with everyone in our group, ages 7-70. He was knowledgeable about the area, provided great recommendations, and really maximized our time. Thanks, Finn!

Sara has been amazing. She is so patient with all of my questions and itinerary changes. It is our first time traveling to Ireland and it’s very overwhelming. She promptly got back to me with any changes and was able to secure me a better hotel in Edinburgh for our Scotland portion of the trip.
