A disaster
The first excursion at the coliseum we booked did not have my wife's name attached to the reservation just TBA, so we could not go. When we checked out of the hotel after a 3 night stay, they said the voucher only holds the room we had to pay for the room even though we were crarge almost $11,000 for the trip which was for 2 train trips, 4 excursions plus hotels. You can never reach anyone by phone text or email when needed.
