Excellent experience
I was apprehensive about going to my appointment today purely because I didn't know what to expect. But Mateusz and Davídek(David I apologise if this is the incorrect spelling of your name!) were friendly and approachable while being very professional and couldn't have made us feel anymore relaxed in the situation.
I felt we were offered a very fair price for what I sold to them and were advised that payment will be received within 3 to 5 business days. I received a receipt to my email within seconds of leaving.
Overall,I would highly recommend this service.

Went to them yesterday in Letterkenny
Went to them yesterday in Letterkenny. I was a bit sceptical as anyone would be, but I had done my own research beforehand and had a good idea of the value of my items. I found the 2 young men to be very professional open and honest and was delighted with the price I got for my items. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their unwanted and broken jewellery.

Patrick M was friendly and put me at ease as I was a bit nervous getting into a van on my own. He was very clear about how it worked and I got paid into my account 2 days later as promised. A decent price for some old jewellery I hadn't worn in years.

Well this is all very new to me, I’ve had a gold jewellery collection building up over the years but don’t wear it anymore (I’m more of a silver gal) My Mam had seen a post about it and sent me on the link, what had I got to lose? So the process of filling in the online form was very straightforward. Locations and times to suit me were very good. I met with a chap called Sebastian and his co worker Rosa (I hope I spelled her name right) When I tell you I thought I’d be in and out in a few minutes.. that didn’t happen, I was there for ages. Sebastian was so very very thorough, obviously he wants everyone to be happy, and this is his job, so he’s probably used to people coming in with lots of gold. I asked questions and he was more than happy to answer, I didn’t feel rushed, if anything he was asking me was I ok with how long the process was taking. When he told me how much he was offering me I nearly fell off the chair as it was more than what I had expected. My experience was a brilliant one, so if anyone out there is on the fence just give it a try. You’ll not be disappointed and if you get Sebastian & Rosa they have nice candy. Thanks for a great experience.
