I recently bought a caravan from Gary, Kevin, and Alex at Golden Castle, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, friendly, and professional.

As new caravan owners, Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the options without ever being pushy. He handled the paperwork efficiently and made everything easy to understand, and Gary did a brilliant job with the handover, making sure we were confident using all the features before we left the site.

What really stood out was how genuine and approachable the team are. Kevin helped us with patience and care with his caravan accessory and Awning expert knowledge !! It felt like they all truly care about getting us the right caravan, not just making a sale. We drove away feeling unrushed, completely confident and excited about our new purchase.

Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Golden Castle have great experience, great knowledge, and a great selection of new and second-hand models. Having said that, you wouldn't know our selection of a 2018 Bailey Pegasus GT70 Verona was 7 years old. It was immaculate and even better after they valeted it. By the time we came to pick it up, it felt almost brand new, but at a fraction of the price. The handover was very thorough and by the time I drove away, I felt very confident after all the advice they had given me. If we decide to upgrade at any point, we'll be certainly going back to Golden Castle Caravans. Many thanks to all the staff, especially the two Chris's. You have made us very happy.

We recently bought a go-pod caravan from Golden Castle Caravan & Motorhome, and I just had to share how happy we are with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our sales person, Chris Howell, was fantastic. He took the time to walk us through everything during the handover, ensuring we understood how everything worked. It really made a difference to us, and we left feeling confident and excited about our new caravan. A big thank you to Chris Howell and the whole team for their support! We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

We bought our first caravan from golden castle and found the staff very friendly and very experienced in their field. Special shout out to Chris who helped us seal the deal. We found him professional and knowledgeable on all things caravans and nothing was too much trouble in getting some of the equipment we need to start our journey.

Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They give us enough information and time to consider before we purchased. They helped us with the extras we required and made sure everything was ready or fitted for us at handover. Gary undertook a very comprehensive handover with a smile and friendly manner. I would highly recommend them.

Our first caravan
Having borrowed my parents caravan for several years my wife and I decided to buy our own.
We called into Golden Castle Caravans, everyone we met was extremely helpful and cheerful.
We were looking for a preloved caravan and although they didn’t have anything suitable at the time Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about caravans and took the time to take our details and said he would be in touch if a caravan came in that he thought would be right for us. Later that day he rang us to say that he had somebody in wanting to sell their Bailey 534.
We went back within the week and it was ideal for us. We had to wait two weeks as the workshop would check everything over before we took it away
When we arrived to pick it up Chris talked us through all the features and it was obvious that he was knowledgeable from his time in their workshop. Unfortunately there was a problem with the heater which meant we did have to leave it there for another week as they discovered they needed a new part . The problem was resolved fairly quickly and we were happy.
Chris ensured that before we left we had the correct ball hitch and the lights mirrors etc were all right. On the whole a good experience and would definitely recommend.

Really pleasurable experience dealing with Golden Castle. They stock a great range of new and used caravans plus a full range of all the accessories you might need. We were left to browse at our leisure . The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They made buying a caravan so easy.

Excellent service, friendly, kind and genuinely there to help! We just purchased a caravan for the first time. We met Alex and Gary at the Birmingham show however we actually went initially with Grantham's for our order. The only reason was simply we met them first and felt a sense of loyalty. In hind sight I wish we hadn't as it went terribly wrong. Annoyingly after waiting 5 months there were lots of issues with them and we decided to cancel. I phoned Alex who remembered us from the show. We explained the issues we have had and how now we are against the clock as we expected our brand new caravan in Feb/March and now had sites booked from April. Alex went above any beyond getting us our caravan and actually cheaper with honestly so much better service. As newbies we naturally had a lot of questions and Alex pointed us in the right direction with everything with no pressure sales etc. We picked up our caravan and Gary explained everything to us in great detail. They put us up next door to make sure there were no issues. We had to call them a couple of times for help and nothing was too much trouble. Another chap actually came round to help us but unfortunately I cant remember his name but again just so helpful and nice.

I cant recommend these guys enough and for me I'm sold for life. Anything caravan related I'm simply going through these guys. They genuinely have been excellent and we cant thank them enough.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, Chris Howell was very helpful with the handover of my Sprite swift compact and explained everything in great detail.
Staff in the accesory shop also had good product knowledge regarding awnings and I was offered a coffee while I waited for my caravan to be ready which I thought was a nice thought.

Due to a change in circumstances we were in desperate need of a quick purchase. After calling on a Monday to enquire what they had in that was suitable, and the massive ask of being able to collect a caravan all done and ready by Friday lunchtime, Golden Castle went above and beyond to help us. Chris was an absolute star, stayed late on Monday so we could view the caravan after work, then stayed late Tuesday and Wednesday to service it and get it ready for us, and we were able to collect by 2pm on the Thursday! The service was second to none, and without a doubt in the future when it’s time for a new caravan we won’t be going anywhere else. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or chasing, which went a long way and was appreciated. The store itself had a great selection of accessories, awnings and windbreaks plus every spare part you could ever need for your caravan. The caravan itself is beautiful, looks almost new despite its age and was the best price for that make and model we could find. We were originally looking at a few different caravans from different dealers, but the service we received from Chris made the decision easy and we knew we’d be looked after by Golden Castle, a lovely guy and true gentleman. Fantastic service from viewing to picking up our purchase last week. All the personnel made us feel that we were valued customers and none of our requests were “too much trouble”. Cannot praise them high enough - thanks to all at Golden Castle!

My husband and I went to Castle Caravans because we had noticed a caravan for sale on their website that afternoon, around the 6pm mark. We live around 50 miles away so set off next morning ready for around opening time. When we got there we were told there was no one available and the caravan had been sold the day before. The weather was awful and cold and the showroom was absolutely freezing. We were told everyone was tied up but a sales person did not pop out and apologise, ask us to help ourselves to coffee and they would be with us as quickly as possible which would have been the appropriate thing to do. The guy who sold spares showed us a couple of vans but his product knowledge was limited (although he really tried). We left very disappointed. Always been welcomed at caravan showrooms, this was the worst.

I have been a customer of golden castle for the past 25 years, these people believe in treating customers with respect and delivering a great service and customer experience. Whether it be the shop, the sales people or the service department they are always helpful.
