Absolutely atrocious. Spams multiple messages a day and NO WAY TO UNSUBSCIBE. Which is against the law. Terrible company, and based on all the other reviews I am not alone in my contempt for this horrible company.

Great new site always pay winnings in most cases within 24hrs, people saying not received probably didn’t register id ect properly, live chat I agree id rubbish and they do give you a rubbish answer and cut you of this is definitely something they need to work on but apart from that no complaints, often add free couple £100 to cash balance for loyal customers

Not letting me withdraw.. No answer from them been well over a month with still no money in my account.. Do not play on this site. Will update if money appears..

I have been playing on this site for well over a year and it is undoubtedly my favourite. I have a great account manager and normally receive withdrawals within 2-3 days. I get my payouts into Monzo and they have been arriving between 3pm - 3.30pm the next day. They also give you up to £50 bonus cashback after a deposit has been played through. So I tend to deposit £150, play with the £50 so that I still have £100 to withdraw. There is no wagering requirement if you don't have a bonus. Then you message in the chat asking for a bonus and. you get 50% of your deposit up to £50 which comes with a 50 x wager. I don't know if I am just one of the lucky ones after reading all the reviews, but I wanted to share my experience.

I been waiting over 3 half weeks for £690 was told the usual 7-21. Days sent multiple messages emails, nothing !! I get on live chat they just cut me off without me ending the conversation, I even have police investigating it they just won’t pay and have stole a lot of money from me there scum

withdrew money on 16.02.2025, currently 18.03.2025 and nothing revived, recieved an email from my "account manager" when opening account explaining withdrawls take 24-48 hrs, live support is no good as they dont know anything, the email provided never respond. at this rate i doubt i will ever see any of my winnings. scam site!

Absolutely furious receiving Garbage emails what I did Not sign up for!

Not so thrilling judging by the reviews!

Worst casino ever please please avoid don't give them a penny. Over 21 days still no pay out of £400 just same robot replies even when it's meant to be an agent. There is another casino that I think is linked to these Dr spins exactly the same system and set up.

This site is an absolute joke to get hold off. I did manage to withdraw £200 which went into my bank the next day. Then I withdrew another £400 which took a week. I have now pending £1000 and it’s been 26 working days past their apparent 7-21 days. They told me to have a look at the terms and conditions where it apparently states this withdrawal time. Either I’m being blind but I can see it. I’ve ready over 10 times now. I’ve never experienced on any other gambling sites for a withdrawal to take that long. I’ve withdrew over £4000 on another site which went into my bank within 2-4 days. I have sent them numerous emails with no reply and their chat is ridiculous then they close the chat. There is no contact number either. Let’s see if the money even hits my bank

Ppl there site is a massive scam golden lion casino they will never pay you out won over £1000 never got asked them to cancel the withdrawal told me would take sometime was back in my account in seconds played the lot never won a thing,, slot are rigged never win got my account closed straight after asked for no emails no messages and still get them with my account closed these ppl are scum of the earth only come out at night to bleed you dry ppl please stay away from them u will loose everything if u sign up
