Opened account, deposited £XXX placed several bets, only bet with my own money, not any bonuses. I win, tried to withdraw £XXXX on the 18/10/2023. Never had the Money, chased via email, live chat, get ignored or told lies. Clearly a scam company, avoid 100%

Now 19/12/2023 chased weekly, get same answers, all lies, crooks!! still no payout

0/5 stars is more accurate, my ‘£100’ deposit actually cost me £105.89 and was taken in Chinese ¥ by ‘Showcrystal’, very suspicious indeed.

I immediately asked for my account to be closed and funds returned which I have been informed may take 90 days!

Will update if I ever receive the funds back, I am not hopeful.

Any "Casino" that needs to send 100+ obviously spam emails EVERY day has got to be a scam.

You can't see your deposit transaction.
One staff member named Bruce was extremely rude.

In de livechat zei ene "Dan" dat er geen free spins zijn en sloot direct de chat meerdere keren zonder antwoord af te wachten. Dit was dus een bot.
Op een screenshot van het bewijs van de free spins werd niet gereageerd.

I have never heard of or never signed up to Golden Lion.bet but they are bombarding my mobile phone with messages. I have tried blocking them but nothing happens so I don’t know what else I can do to rid myself of these messages.

I deposited into this bogus site a few months ago. Thought at the time it was value for money. I actually ended up clearing my wagering amount and withdrew £100. I've repeatedly contacted customer support and be blagged with the same thing. It's been 4 months. The gambling commission needs to step in so other innocent people like all of us who have been swindled out of honestly earned winnings!

Never gambled, never joined a casino utterly obscene amount of spam emails coming through 10-15 an hour.

Still no withdrawal from 30th June. Shocking. Live chat unhelpful. There's not much more I can say other than so not use this site. I will update the outcome of this we will see. UPDATE after 90 days they put the money back in my account stating technical error, told me too withdraw again and they would get on it as quickly as possible. Now another 21 working days and still no further on. No help from chat who keep saying they have contacted the fake finance team which doesn't exist. I'm just completely over these scam sites. I went on goldenlion.bet withdrew an amount of money on 23rd July 23 and i have never recieved my withdrawal.
We are on 22nd Sept 23 now

I never have and never would sign up to these kinds of emails but they are relentless!!! I have tried everything to stop them but to no avail. Unsubscribe doesn't work, blocking, reporting report as phising they just keep coming. Scum bags.
