Goldensands Boutique Avis 13

I bought some shoes from goldensands boutique and when they arrived they were not a good fit. I messaged them to get details on how to return them and heard nothing back. Emailed again. Still nothing. Very disappointed.

Bought a red knitted hooded, zipped cardigan/top. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive. When it did it was a slightly cropped and too fitted for me (am a size 10 and this was more like a size 8) and the red colour was a very bright tomato colour. I requested to return it for a refund, that entails emailing the company, which was responded to over a week later, followed by 4 more emails where the company asked for basic details about the top. Eventually they provided the returns address to China, that costs over £30. The Post Office warned me not to send as they have had complaints that the company states they never receive the item and therefore no refund is issued. The Post Office advised me to sell it privately. I regret buying as the website looks like a good reputable company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I only received one pair of overalls when I had ordered more, which is already unacceptable. On top of that, the quality is far below what was advertised. The material is cheap and does not resemble denim at all, and the finishing is poorly done.

This feels very misleading, especially as the promotion encouraged purchasing multiple items. The product I received does not match the description or expectations in any way.

I will be seeking a full refund and expect the company to take responsibility for return shipping costs, as the item is clearly not as described.

Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I would recommend.

Took 4 weeks to deliver a dress by which time I had moved and was travelling. They acknowledged they knew about their delivery issues, however did not point this out at the point of purchase, the website said delivery within 3-7 days. Refusing to refund me the full amount for their error - DO NOT BUY IT IS NOT WORTH IT - in the process of reporting them to ACCC

This site is a scam. The clothes are rubbish.
Even their address in the UK is a scam. Nothing about this is about sourcing from UK or having a presence in Australia.
The shorts I bought were meant to be linen. They are nylon. Nothing they delivered are true to their website.
THIS IS A SCAM SITE.

Scam. Be warned!
I bought two shirts that were said to be linen. Cost NZ$85 each. They were very poor quality and synthetic. Not what was advertised or pictured on the website. Came direct from one of those knock off sites we’re all familiar with.
No response to emails. Even when I raised the consumer rights act.
But, Phoned my bank, requested they raise a disputed transaction, and they gave me my money back. Anyone else who gets scammed should do the same as the more people who do that could result in the credit card companies taking action against these reprobates.

This site is a complete scam. I have been sending emails and can’t get a response. The phone number doesn’t connect.
Lesson learnt. Said it was orthopaedic shoes and they were flat cheap plastic.

The customer service was very helpful when I wanted to change my size after placing my order. I am also very happy with my shoes.

Fake fake fake.
The product that arrived is not what is pictured. I ordered the orthopedic sandals. The ones that arrived have different outer soles, the inner sole is cheap pleather, not cork, the top material is cheap fake suede and not the quality leather shown. The hardware is different and not to mention how off the sizes are! AVOID!

I enjoy how each piece has a relaxed, effortless vibe. It’s exactly what I needed for my weekend wardrobe.

I wasn’t sure about the color from the photos, but it looks even better in person. Really happy with it.

Packaging was simple but neat, and everything arrived exactly as described. Small details like that make a difference.

The jacket I ordered feels surprisingly sturdy, yet soft. It’s become my go-to for chilly evenings.
