Poor communication
Update on August 10, 2023: Finally the company responded that the updated itinerary "may have been missed on the booking" leading to the error. The company also offered a 10% refund as a gesture of goodwill. Considering the effort required for them to admit that there "maybe" an error, and the 10% refund for goodwill, the company is better than many. Still, it falls short of professionalism in my view.

I hired Gold Line for two trips around London for my family to tour around London. In our first trip on 7/23/23, the driver did not have the updated itinerary (after we paid 200 sterling to change it) and thus took us to the wrong direction. This wasted a more than an hour of precious daylight time. (The second trip was smoother, and hence the 2 stars rating).
I asked Golden Line to issue a refund (of their choosing) and more importantly an apology. After receiving an initial note that they will look into it (and it's now over 20 days ago), I have not heard back from them at the time of writing.

To be fair, the quality of the minibus was good; it was clean and comfortable. The driver was friendly, as it was not his fault for not knowing. In hindsight, we should have confirmed the itinerary too. But given the mistake and a lack of communication (which in my book is even worse), I do not recommend Gold Line.
