Excellent company to do business with
Requested a pack, posted the gold off and it arrived the next day before 1pm. I was emailed to say it had arrived. Received an email 3.5 hours later with an offer, which was exactly the amount I was expecting. Reconfirmed bank details by return email which was acknowledged and confirmed that the funds would be in my bank account by the end of the day. Funds received at 5.30pm. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Fantastic service!!! Would 100% recommend.

A really excellent service.
The pre-paid envelope arrived next working day. Took the items to the post office and by 2.00pm the following day, received a call with the valuation exactly as expected. After confirmation of acceptance the payment was in my bank within an hour.

I have sent gold to other company but…
I have sent gold to other company but did not receive what I thought I would so I tried this company. Was surprised to hear one chain was not gold so had it sent back to me.
I think this company is much better with the amount you get for your gold. I will be using them in future.

Very fast, friendly and easy service to use, the postage is even free to send your unwanted gold etc. Quotation prices are by far the best you will find and payment is quickly made into your account on the same day they receive your item(s). Can’t recommend Goldxchange enough and will definitely use again in the future.

Sometimes things seem just too good to be true but I went for it and was so pleased to find they do exactly what they promise. It was so easy and so quick with a final price higher than others quoted. I’ve just requested another pack and will hopefully be giving another five stars.

Really straightforward service. Postage pack arrived quickly which had clear and easy to follow instructions. After sending my pack away I received notification as soon as they received it, with a valuation within an hour after. When I responded to accept their offer, the funds really were in my account within 2 hours. From start to finish this company were excellent…
From start to finish this company were exceptional. This is the one and only time I have used this type of service and Goldxchange were brilliant answering my questions via email very quickly. Confirming receipt of my gold arriving, and within 2 hours they had called me with an offer, which was excellent. One of my items a large hollow bangle had to be cut to check inside, but I was offered the opportunity to refuse this and they would return it. As I knew the provenance of the article I was happy for them to do so, an hour later they confirmed it was okay and within an hour I had my money. Superb well deserving of five stars.
