when i first contacted golf bays Kristian took my call i explained i was building a golf sim in my back garden and needed a few bits he sent me there step by step build book very useful and tbh easy to follow , i have ordered a made to measure screen (waiting on floor to go down before i put it up lets hope they got the size right!) i also ordered my launch monitor and matt and the clips for the screen overall they have been really helpful whenever ive had a question 5 star firm

I purchased an impact screen back in the beginning of the year but have only just installed it. It sat in the delivery box in my lounge until this week. Till it from the box and hung it with no problems. Looking forward to using it now. The product quality is excellent as was the delivery. Very easy to purchase online.

So purchased the auto return golf net for my son. Turned out the net was faulty which was a shame. The managing director refunded the product straight away and let me keep the product also hopefully I can make it work for my son to use. Customer Service was excellent no messing about. I would buy again.

Recently bought the full kit from golf bays, from the sim box through to the gaming PC.

I enquired to a few businesses and golf bays were by far the most responsive and helpful.

I originally had an idea of what I wanted to buy and thankfully I spoke to Harrison first because I was miles off the mark, he gave me some genuinely helpful advice.

We purchased a number of items from GolfBays for Syntax Golf, including impact screens and projectors, and have been extremely impressed with the service we received.

First of all I would like to express my gratitude to Tom and to Rob. They both went out of their way to support me and although yes I'm a customer they went above and beyond and this level of service is what all companies should aspire to do.

Next the equipment, one word wow! the videos and the pictures don't show what high quality all this is. Even the packaging it arrives in is superb and protective. The quality of the materials is superb even the velcro is outstanding and super strong.

The matt is excellent quality and having the benefit of there Tee just to go in is perfect.

You can put the bay up by yourself as I did took 50 mins, however I think 2 people would make it a lot easier.

4k Benq projector with the Bushnell pro also meets my demands and expectations.

Im still on the final stages reference light etc however will post pictures. If anyone in the North East area is wanting to buy one and see first contact Golf Bays Im sure they can pass my details on and you can come and have a look.

Honestly I could write forever on every component in a nutshell its literally 5stars all the way.
