Terrible product and customer service

Terrible product and customer service. My son got this for Christmas. After using it for maybe an hour the mat tore. Contacted customer service and they said it was from miss use. Absolutely not true. He was using it exactly as designed. The website guarantees over 1000 swings. But they actually don’t. Do not but this product.

The app crashed on the two mobile…

The app crashed on the two mobile devices I tried.
The product also relies on phone casting to connect to a TV which is clunky at best. In my opinion a person should put the 100 dollars you would have spent on golf daddy towards a simulator that actually works.

I would give it zero stars if possible. Horrible refund policy, especially around the holidays. App keeps crashing. Website is unhelpful and not user friendly. No customer service phone number and no email... we attempted to email their help desk and came back as undeliverable. Product is not as advertised.

Do not order from this company, they sell you a product and immediately charge your credit card for the items. According to the email received from them after ordering they indicate they will ship within 1-2 business days and the item will be received in about 4-6 days. I placed an order with them and did not receive the order. After contacting them to cancel my order as it had not shipped they later sent an email saying the order has shipped. When following up with tracking the item has never shipped. They sent out the tracking information but do not have the product in stock to sell. I contacted them through their help desk and they keep saying the item is shipped and to wait 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. 2 weeks later the item still has not shipped after contacting them, and they say they cannot cancel the item as it has shipped. Again do not and I repeat do not order from or trust this company.

I bought the product and never got it… I wrote to customer service 3 times and never got an answer it said that there is a problem with the address but it is correct and I get no answer from their comoany as how to correct it or get my money back… don’t waste a minute buying with them…

Terrible customer service.
Ordered the item, Paid for protection and the package never arrived. Good luck getting any response from any for of contact information or AI bot. They have taken my money, failed to deliver the product and are now uncontactable. I may as well have bough a sim from Alibaba and not received it. I be less upset than I am about this. The worst part is I paid by my own card as they don't have pay pal which I now understand why to get a refund automatically. Do not buy this product what ever you do!!!!!!!!!!!!! May as well throw your money into the air. Would have been more enjoyable

I ordered 2 and when I hit Google Pay

I ordered 2 and when I hit Google Pay, it put my old shipping address. I have been trying to get the address corrected to my billing address. You have no way to contact anyone. I emailed them 3 days ago with no response. I can't review the product yet because I probably won't get it. But I spent almost $300, and will never see it, because I have no way of getting them to correct it..

The app needs to update because the swing analysis works but I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra and every time I use the simulation games like course or driving range my game crashes and sometimes the golf course works but when I'm in line properly the app won't detect my swing and I'm inline properly the character doesn't hit the ball please update the app Thank you.

I had high hopes for Golf Daddy, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish.

I had high hopes for Golf Daddy, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish.

Delivery: Took far longer than expected.
Product Quality: The tripod feels flimsy and cheap.
App Issues: The Android app simply doesn’t work properly. It took me over 4 hours just to get it to detect the mat, and even then, it didn’t register any of my shots.
Returns Policy: If you want to return the product, you have to pay the shipping cost yourself, which adds insult to injury.

Overall, this was a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend Golf Daddy to anyone looking for reliable golf tech.

Terrible Product

App didn’t register my swing, it was extremely buggy so I went to send it back and they told me I had to pay for shipping and label to send it back. Cost me $50 to send it back and they wouldn’t cover any of it. Would not recommend this product at all to anyone!

This thing is garbage do not buy it. What a waste of money everything about this thing is trash. They have no customer service or even an email to try and reach. The app and golf mat does not pair when it comes to hitting the ball, this is the worse simulator ever made. Save your money don’t let the ads deceive you. Looks good on tv but not when you set it up. Trash trash trash

Terrible, they took $100 from me and wont make it right. Their website pulled my billing info when I specifically put in my shipping info. They shipped it to my billing info. Now its at an address states away that I no longer live at

Disappointed and Frustrated — Poor Product and Customer Service

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others are aware. I purchased the Golf Daddy ball-less golf simulator for my husband’s birthday, and we were both really excited about it. Unfortunately, the product didn’t work as advertised. The app and software took forever to load, and after each swing, it would freeze or spin for over 20 minutes. We followed all instructions, recalibrated, and reset everything multiple times — still no improvement. After doing more research, I found several other reviews describing the same issue.

I reached out to the company to return the product since it clearly wasn’t functioning properly, and I was told I would have to pay for return shipping. That was disappointing, especially given the product was defective. Eventually, we did return it and received our refund, which I appreciated.

However, the frustration didn’t end there. I shipped it to the return address they provided, but then I was contacted by the shipping company saying the address was incorrect and I was being charged an additional fee to correct it. When I contacted Golf Daddy about this, they simply told me to take it up with the shipping company , no support, just passing the blame.

Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a company in years. Between a faulty product, having to pay to return it, and the poor customer service throughout, I sadly can’t recommend Golf Daddy.

Disappointed

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day. The app didn’t work for him and he has the latest iPhone. When he swung on the mat the sequins flew off. I contacted customer support and they said after looking at the images of the mat they could not issue a refund. I will never order from them again. I haven’t experienced such bad customer service in so long!

This is not a unit for golf

This is not a unit for golf. It gives you 5 seconds to push the start button...run back to your mat 5 ft away, Line up your shot and swing. All of that in 5 seconds. Many times the app fails at detection- and if you move at all once the 5 sec is over and it gives you about 4 seconds to swing-and if you dont swing but lets say you adjust your club head...then its another failure. The app is not friendly and you log in and setup every time. More pain than pleasure with this unit. And one person hit the ball on some rocks and it bounced for 20 min. You had to close the dang app and start completely over..big Nope for me
