Golfix Avis

I purchased the grip trainer a few days ago. A day later I received an order summary email and noticed they were shipping the left-handed version.

I sent an email to their customer service and received a very quick response, saying they are shipping the correct trainer. I felt this was awesome customer service.

I ordered the Grip Fix and it came relatively quick. I tried using it a few times at first and didn’t feel my grip was getting better(still slicing etc) so paid more attention to the grip itself and found it was slipping on my club grip. I tried repositioning it several times and it either slipped or was sitting too high up on my club grip and i could swing properly. I have Bauer clubs and it seems the Grip Fix doesn’t fit these clubs well.

I reached out to the Golfix team and they were very quick to respond and came to a resolution quickly.

The Gripfix has been great for helping build muscle memory on how to hold the club, which is translating into more consistent contact. Shipping was quick and the whole process was very smooth. I will definitely be back for more ways to improve my game.

Was not happy with the product but the customer service made up for it. Gave me my refund I had asked for.

Love that you can adjust it to a standard, strong or weak grip style.

Delivery was slow but grip fix is really worth the wait.

Unfortunately the grips were not a 10 finger grip. But a friend used it and he said it straightened out his swing. But the customer service and response time was top notch.

Good golf accessories

Quality product and great customer sevrice. I want to play like Scottie Scheffler too.

I was looking for a couple of golf training aids - a grip fix and swing tempo. Finally decided to purchase from Golfix. I received the items quickly, the quality was exactly as described and they had the best price with free shipping to Canada. Very happy with my purchase!

Customer service is exceptional. I had contacted Golfix as I had ordered a LH golf grip. Upon arrival I found it fit for a LH golfer and I am a Rh golfer. They got back to me the next day and were willing to send me the RH replacement at no cost even though the error was mine. Thank you for the quick response and service.

Some initial issues tracking my shipment, but they were very helpful to identify when the package was delivered, and I was able to locate it.

This product was everything I hoped for. The company was easy to deal with and quick to respond when I had some queries. It has helped my grip strength and overall game, a massive improvement, couldn't be happier.

Very easy to deal with, and I couldn’t think of any other company that I would rather do business with

The golf grip trainer has helped me focus on my grip alignment and has improved my swing. I am you typical 20 handicap golfer that does not always know which the direction the driver is going to take the ball from hole to hole, but I have seen more consistency with making sure my hands have the right grip on the club. I am expecting for things to improve with more repetition and practice.

Grip trainer worked immediately. It’s great. 👍🏾 I’m relearning my strokes.

I wasn't sure what to think the first time I attached the grip to my 7 iron. First thought was "have I been this wrong for all these years?" So I gave it a shot at the range and it took some getting used to. I could see some shots were vastly improved, and others, well, not so much. But I used it on a variety of clubs on the range then headed out to the first tee. It took a bit of getting use to and I didn't use the grip itself but maintained the hand position. By the time I finished 9, I was hitting the ball straight and true. I'll continue to use the trainer going forward. I bought one for my wife, son and buddy too. They need even more help than I do;)

Had some issues with shipping damage . No pushback from company just 100% customer focused. Problem solved immediately.

I only bought 3 Golfix grips, so I could try to see, if they would improve my game. I installed them on my 6, 8 and pitching wedge. I only played 1 game with them and felt I hit those clubs with more control and straighter accuracy, than the other clubs in my bag.

I’ll continue to try them, but feel very confident that they will help my game and I’ll be finishing the set for my remaining clubs.

Very good customer service. Responded quickly through email. Happy doing business with GolFix
