Booking through Golf Now is usually a straight forward enough experience, especially in recent years, even though the Hot Deals have gone up in price, as the club already has your reservation. It's great that visitors get to play a variety of the best courses at discounted rates, that they wouldn't otherwise be aware of.

The course closed for weather reasons last Wednesday 27 August and I am having problems being reimbursed . I have sent many emails and texts , but no sign of the reimbursement . You demand instant payment but are not so quick to return a payment. If I am not reimbursed by tomorrow I will be sharing my displeasure with Glen mill with whom I play weekly and all my golfing pals . I’m sure €68 is not much to your company , but I’m a pensioner .i look forward to you response . Kevin Allwright

Booking tee times is so easy on GolfNow,you select your date and preferred time,how far you want travel,and what you want to pay,then all your choices are there,...what could be easier,

Went to book a tee time for two people and was faced with an apparent error on the payment page. Tried again and still nothing. Turned out that the Golf Now app had malfunctioned and therefore not booked the tee time, however it had taken payment. Rang their customer services team who couldn’t find a tee reservation on my account and told me that they hadn’t charged my credit card either. Anything that was pending would just cancel and not go through. Actually they had charged my card but somehow without even a tee time booking. Even when the golf club (I thought I’d check if they had me booked in) said I did have a tee reservation. I sent proof to the Golf Now team that I had been charged as the payment showed processed and no longer just pending. Still nothing. Basically didn’t believe me and wouldn’t do a refund. Now a week later I’ve had nothing refunded from Golf Now and have had to involve my credit card company to claim the money back for me.
The fault was on the Golf Now app so with them, and should have provided better service when clearly I had not done anything to cause this glitch.

All the tee-times bookings made for recent mini-tour of Ireland worked-out perfectly and were also very good value!

Always try to book through Golf Now, It's a shame that all golf clubs don't join !Brilliant app so easy to access.

Booking my rounds with Golf Now is so easy. Looking in one place and seeing a number of local courses is so convenient, and I have never had any issues when ive arrived for my round. I would recomend Golf Now to anyone.

Saved me a lot of money so far, and I will continue to use it too

Booking is efficient. I used around 7 times these few weeks. Everytime I show up at the golf club, they know and no hassle. Payment has no issue so far.

If we could reserve a buggy at the system, that would be perfect. We come across twice that there is no buggy available when we arrive.

The few times I've used the app it's worked well for me even though I normal shy away from technology..

I think this a great app, when I fancy a round away from my home club it’s the only app that I use

Booked a tee off time and then due to an unforeseen death in the family I had to cancel the booking. No refund and when I contacted the actual club no one replied.
I just asked to move the tee time to another day.
Obviously this is very unusual but for no one to get back to me I find that very frustrating. Didn't even request a refund just wanted to move the day.

Great deals, plenty of options, clear and precise bookings.

Course was excellent, value for money great & staff were extremely friendly.

As a golfer that likes to travel and play different courses this is the perfect app. Easy to use and secure payment, have had to cancel a round and the funds go straight into the golf now account and is there ready to use straight away.

Excellent Customer Service. Any time I've had an issue, they've resolved it in minutes

Very disappointed that GolfNow didn't put the charge of a cancellation into my balance for use on a later booking.
I will think twice before using GolfNow again.

Went from having a club membership to playing varied courses. Golf Now has made this easier for me.

Golf Now always has a great range of courses and prices to choose from. Everything is up to date and efficient. Recently I requested a refund due to course closure in which I had prepaid. I sent only one email about this and a member of staff replied almost straight away and was fully refunded within a few days.
