Really easy to use. I arranged a game of golf in Portugal for a weeks time, completed the redemption letter which is automatically emailed back to golfvouchershop. They acknowledged the letter and paid £50 approx 3 days later into my bank account and sent me an email confirmation.

Upon retiring after twenty five years with my company, my colleagues chipped in to get me this golf voucher. I’m not the best with I.T, and sort help to redeem the voucher via email with golfvouchershop. The help I received from Lydia & Lucy was second to none, prompt and with very clear instructions helped me immensely.

Extremely simple to use. Book a round of golf, provide Golf Vouchers with the details and they reimburse you for the value of your voucher. Customer service quick and polite, would recommend as a gift for any golfer.

The booking process was easy and efficient and the Staff were so helpful especially when there was a slight hiccup which we needed to rectify. Vouchers were bought as a gift and the recipient is eager to use them - they are such a great idea for any keen golfer. We will certainly use this site again.

Very helpful customer service - and effective way of booking your golf course and having the money transferred into your account to pay for this service.

Per the voucher scheme, I booked & paid for the golf round, completed the redemption form and then the funds were credited to my account without delay. All worked well.

Incredibly difficult to contact. Emails not responded to in timely manner. Advised delivery is 2-3 days but when on the purchasing webpage the option of 'by email' given.

To avoid not arriving in time I took this option expecting to receive an email containing the redeem codes to the £500 total purchase.

An entire day has passed and no response as to where these are or even an acknowledgement they received my email. In this age of online and internet shopping this really shouldn't be problematic!

Will unlikely buy again or recommend.

If I don't hear anything within the next 24 hours I would say this is a scam and likely a bogus company.

I bought a voucher for my husband and they charged me twice!!! 105.4 each voucher
there is no contact number on the website just an email which no one replies.
I called one of the golfclubs listed on their website and they told me they don't do any vouchers!!!!

I had an admin issue re my voucher and emailed golfvouchershop - they got back to me really quickly to resolve the issue.

What wonderful customer support. My wife bought me a gift voucher for last Christmas. Since then, just before I was to use it, I damaged my knee and been unable to use it. When I contacted with my concerns, Alison at Play Golf Anywhere extended it for 6 months per my request. Highly recommend their service.
