Ordered an item from gomagpie
Ordered an item from gomagpie, had a confirmation email showing order had been processed and delivery expected in 5-6 business days, 6 days had and gone hadn't received any tracking information or anything... Emailed gomagpie for a update and no response or email of order cancellation just a full refund appearing in my bank account

Part was out of stock but they took the time to call me and let me know. Took a couple weeks to come but all good

A little slow
The delivery was a little slow taking 9 days and I was surprised that it came from a different supplier but the item was as advertised and well packaged.
They only get 4* because the PayPal payment method would not work with Firefox and I had to resort to Microsoft Edge.

Update on my previous very poor review.
I received a telephone call to apologise for my experience of their service. No excuses, just they got it wrong and apologised and they were going to put it right. One day later an email to say they had sorted it. Two days after that my goods arrived. They only got 4 stars because of the first mess up, otherwise the way it was sorted was brilliant. Thank you.

Money for nothing
I ordered and paid for goods. I did not receive any email confirmation and to date I have not received the goods I have paid for. I have had no reply to the email I sent and they do not answer their phone.
If I could give zero stars I would.
