They are scamming, never got my Celtic Salt.

TOTAL SCAMMERS STAY AWAY Just like everyone else on this thread I was scammed by this company. Had to give them a 1 to be able to write this review otherwise they're a ZERO. Ordered product back in September after 2 months told product not available and would process a credit. Here we are 5 months later and no product, no credit and they even stopped their worthless replies to my emails stating they were working on resolving the delay in processing my credit. Should have looked them up in reviews before ordering anything from them.

I wish I could rate it less than 1.
There support sucks. I made an order on Sept 17th, 2023 and still it is under transit(Feb 17th 2024).
I raised tickets about expedite, statusCheck, cancellation but everything was of no use.
Send email to their email address as well.
Please be careful while ordering from them.

I placed an order for $93 in late October 2023. I waited until December 17, and as I didn't receive it, I requested cancellation, which they did. However, my money was never refunded. This website is a scam; stay away from it!

I wish I had checked this web site first. They cancelled my order more than 8 wks ago and said I would get a refund. Still no refund. I inquired again more than a week ago, no response.

Ordered Celtic Salt in September 2023. Was told 6-8 weeks and I knew it was hard to get...so I waited...in December I started emailing and nothing...THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. And now since I waited so long the credit card company will not allow me to file a claim to get my money back.

I thought I saw some good reviews for GoodAndCare.com in 2022 but pretty sure they were scam reviews just like GoodAndCare.

I also saw reviews in 2023 leading up to the holidays where folks reported delay issues, refund issues, etc. I gave G&C the benefit of the doubt that since there were good reviews in the past, perhaps I could give them a shot anyways despite the bad reviews. I was also desperate for a product I could not find anywhere else.

Today, Feb. 7, 2024, I will now echo what many others are saying about GoodAndCare.com: BEWARE AND STAY AWAY no matter how good it looks.

Even if G&C were a great operating legit business at some point, I wouldn't trust them with my library card.

I placed my order on 12/3/2023 knowing I could encounter issues but stupidly trusting any issues would be resolved by G&C.

Upon inquiring 1/3/2024 when I could expect delivery, the order was canceled and I received an email (likely autogenerated) that I would receive a refund within 7-14 days. I've followed up a time or two more, and now a month later, here we are with no refund, no additional email follow up, nothing.

I'm happy to hear one or two of the other reviewers did finally get a refund after a lot of headache. I'll keep writing them and finding ways to contact them. Right now, it's no longer about the refund but the principle of it all. So sick and tired of scammers versus folks just working hard to make an honest buck.

If anyone is aware of what legal recourse is available and/or legal counseling to provide insight and/or pursue legal actions, I would totally be in for suing.

This website is a scam. I ordered some products and waited the 22+ days for shipping. After a few more weeks I reached out through their website and never received a response. Also emailed customer service no response. I was able to get my money back through paypal but STAY AWAY! THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE!

I ordered something on October 27. They canceled my order and said they would refund me. You can’t call them to complain. After numerous numerous emails, they finally refunded my money mid January. Go somewhere else!

This is a scam website. I purchased a product, it never arrived, I reached out, they cancelled the order. I was never refunded the money, and reached out multiple times, and only got one response with no straight answer about my refund. Disappointed to say the least that my money was essentially stolen.

I purchased an iron supplement from this website. I was charged for the amount under the name Shopify. After it did not arrive in a month they claimed supply chain issues although their website continued to say the product was in stock. They told me I would get a refund in 14 business days, but my account was never credited. I thought the amazing price was due to having to wait a month for the product. I think this is done so you will either forget you ordered the product or not think it is worth the time to file a fraud complaint. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS SITE. I AM GOING TO DO ALL I CAN TO EXPOSE THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

These guys are total SCAMMERS. I ordered some supplements, and they charged my debit card, only to find out from them that they didn’t have the item in stock (shocker). Their scam is charging you, then saying they can’t process the refund on their end, so to contact your bank or PayPal. I wonder why these guys haven’t been shut down yet 🤔 DO NOT order from them. They’re probably just some dude in his mom’s basement who made a fake website. The entire thing is a facade. My only regret is not being able to give them zero stars 🤦

Ordered yerba prima products. When I went to my PayPal, it was charged to Could 9. I emailed the company for a receipt but received no reply. Contacted PayPal and immediately refund was issued. Do not buy from these criminals!

this site is a scam. they charge you and don't ship the good. AVOID.

I ordered a special toothpaste not available from other vendors, and paid $17.68 with my credit card. After about 30 days I asked Good&Care (G&C) why I hadn't received the toothpaste yet. The answer was "Ordered cancelled. Reason: shipping delay". No word about refund. After 2 more emails to G&C they entered the $17.68 back in my credit card account. I had told them I'd write a review if they refunded the money paid. G&C should figure out how to improve.

Ordered some pretzels that I couldn’t find anywhere else before Thanksgiving. I also paid for expedited shipping. 2 1/2 weeks later I still hadn’t received my order. I wrote an email to them and got a response the next day saying my order was canceled due to short supply/shipping delay. I used PayPal so my money was refunded, which is the reason for the extra star.

Order some glucosamine and never received my order but took the money. A scam.

This ,,company” exists only to take your money without delivering anything. I ordered on September 28, 2023 (2.5 months ago) Celtic salt...
I gave up waiting... and I decided to tell others about them.
