I have recieved no notifications that my order has been processed on the 9/3/24, the money has come off my bank account and I'm begining to think this is a scam

Amazing service for amazing products
Amazing service for amazing products. These are the best CBD products that I have ever used. Effective for relief of chronic pain, allowing me to have a great nights sleep. They are also the only CBD products that don’t upset my stomach.

Initially very pleased with product
Initially very pleased with product. Purchased several times not as strong as stated compared to other makes I have used. Sadly my last purchase arrived empty as both bottles had not been sealed. I emailed with photos notifying of problem and was asked to give more evidence and then invoiced for more product. It was sorted after I sent another email but not impressed.
