Larkin was very caring of my feet and talked me through the plan about getting the right fit for my feet and helping understand the process of getting rid of my foot pain!

Real experts who care

I came in on impulse, less than an hour before closing, on a loose recommendation and significant desperation. I was expecting a quick fix and rec to come back with more time. Instead, the manager (shoutout to my boy Larkin) took me through the entire process with good humor and an honest desire to understand what wasn’t working in my feet, what I needed them to do, and how to fix it. His expertise was incredible! He appraised my gait right when I walked in, then literally walked me through the different inserts and how they improved where my feet sat, which affected my ankles, knees, back—the whole stack. Larkin turned my despair into optimism that my feet might not ache for the rest of my life!
