Just as everyone else has said I placed an order and now several months later have not received anything. I managed to get into contact with them at some point in March and they said they were having problems fulfilling orders. I forgot about and reached out recently and have heard nothing back. It looks like they exit scammed a bunch of people and I hope there is a lawsuit out against them.

Goodfish stole my money.

I wanted to subscribe to healthier snacks that I could keep at work, and I love eating salmon skin, so this seemed like a good fit. In early April, I went to the website and subscribed. $36 was deducted from my bank account. Several weeks later, as other reviewers reported, there was an enigmatic email from Goodfish.com about unexplained difficulties, and then silence. Now, the domain is listed as freely available under GoDaddy. After that happened, I used Instagram to message them because I knew that the emails wouldn't go anywhere, as they are using that now-free domain. I had to get a new debit card so the subscription would stop recurring.

I contacted Stripe to let them know that a company using their transaction service had been dishonest with customers. I also tried to get refunded by my bank for the purchase that had already been made, but my bank denied to refund me — they are a small bank and they said that I was liable because I had knowingly made the debit card transaction even if the company never fulfilled the order, so unlike Marian, I'll never get that money back. What a deceptive, disgusting business.

Shame on Goodfish

Shame on Goodfish! An email from them on 04/14/2022 stated that they were "running into some difficulties" which they "expected to resolve shortly." My efforts to discover how they were progressing on this (my order was placed March 12) ended in the realization that they have shut down everything: email, website, phone.

I called my Chase Sapphire credit card customer service representative, who took down the info I read from some of the Reddit comments on this precise issue (thank you all), and they credited my $55 back to my account (subject, of course, to a review by their fraud investigators).

This company has stolen my money

This company has stolen my money. I think I am not alone. They have just disappeared off the face of the earth. Everyone: check your credit cards and dispute the charges as the website no longer loads and they don't answer their phones. I never received a large order I placed and just today got an email saying that my 'subscription' which I never ordered was being automatically renewed. This company looks like it's about to commit fraud. BEWARE. What a shame b/c the crisps were really good!

Great Product... Terrible Customer Service

I love the GoodFish salmon chips! I've been ordering them since 2020. In fact, I love them so much that I am on the monthly autoshipment plan for hundres of dollars every month. They have become a snack staple in our household. I'm a believer!

This month, however, GoodFish has gone completely AWOL.

They charged my credit card for my April order, but then never sent a tracking number or the product. I emailed the customer service email--- which had previously been responsive. No reply. I went to their website and filled out a comment form. No reply. I emailed the SECOND email address I had for them. No reply. I tried calling the phone number that is listed on the bags of chips--- number no longer in service. I emailed one of the founders of the company through his personal company representative. No reply. I contacted them 9 separate times using multiple methods over the course of two weeks and have not had a single reply. If you go over to their Facebook page you will that there are many of us with this issue. Some people placed their orders March 9 and it's now April 11--- and they have no product and NO commuication--- although they have been charged.

Their website, while still up, will no longer allow you to place items in the shopping cart--- so it has been disabled.

The last interaction they had was a Facebook post GoodFish made on March 4. By March 9 they were apparently no longer filling orders and not communicating with anyone.

Look, I understand if there are supply chain issues. COVID (and what is going on in Europe) has made this a reality for many businesses. I had another vendor who promised delivery on a certain date but then contacted me and said it was going to be several weeks late. OK, I understand, thanks for the update.

But GoodFish? Just.... crickets.

And taking people's money.

And not sending product.

And not responding to repeated attempts at communication.

I'm really hoping this is just a blip and they are going through a rough patch because I absolutely LOVE their product.

But COMMUNICATE with your loyal customers!

Just COMMUNICATE!

Fantastic product and exceptional customer service! I reached out to Goodfish via email hoping for assistance. My correspondence with Thomas was quick and easy. Our email was as follows:

Love your product. I opt for the cranberry flavor due to severe digestive issues. I would love to partake in your current buy 3 or more cases and receive 40 percent off but the only products current eligible are not friendly to my stomach. Is there any way around this?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about your condition. Let's do the following, go ahead and place the order normally. Then, let me know your order number and I'll refund you for that 40%. How does that sound?

The entire exchange was a matter of minutes from start to finish. I could not ask for faster, friendlier or empathetic customer service. Thank you, Thomas!

LOVE GOODFISH

everything about this product and the company has been great. LOVE the snacks (my favorite is the sea salt) and the customer service has been spot on. will continue to buy these. if you like salmon (and i love salmon), you should enjoy these.

Really tasty, small portions

Only half of my order was initially shipped but the team was great about shipping the other half straight away, kudos to their customer service! Skins taste great -- really reminiscent of the fried fish skins I had growing up as a kid, but with fun flavor change-up. Just wish the bags were slightly bigger, I go through one in about 30 seconds 😅

Good Fish is indeed pretty good fish.

After waiting for a week my initial order with this company somehow got lost in the system. My email to Customer Service was promptly responded to, and within a few days my order was delivered, so kudos for the customer service.

The product itself was fine. I ordered the sea salt, spicy bbq, chili lime and tart cranberry variety box and enjoyed them. I do wish that there was a bit more seasoning for an even bolder taste experience, but they were enjoyable nonetheless.

I’d like to order again to try their new Sriracha Lemongrass and Miso Teriyaki flavors…problem is that neither of those flavors are offered in a variety pack, so at $25 a box I don’t intend on ordering a whole box of a flavor that I may not particularly care for. Perhaps if they provided a way for the customer to choose the flavors that they would like in a variety box it would help them to sell more units overall in the long run (and would also make me a more readily repeat customer).

Overall, this is a good and healthy snack alternative to the wealth of potato chip, pork rinds or fried chicken skins that are already on the market.

Amazing product and customer service!

When my first order didn't arrive for a few weeks and it seemed to be lost on its way to Hawaii, Thomas offered to ship a replacement right away. Great customer service! Shortly after, the package arrived and I was amazed with the high quality product too. If you love seafood, give this a try. My favorite is Sea Salt, and it's tastier & healthier than salmon skin roll:)

Excellent customer service and communication! I did not personally like the product, but even so, I give them 5 stars because of their incredible customer service. They were responsive and positive and helpful in finding a solution! Would definitely recommend!

I was so hoping....

I was so hoping these fish skins would be as delicious as when I make fish with a crispy skin... they are AWFUL tasting, very fishy. I was hoping but there was nothing I liked about these snacks.

I don't usually fall for Instagram ads…

I don't usually fall for Instagram ads but this one really seemed right up my alley so I decided to give it a try, and I never hesitate to give a small brand my business when they invest in beautiful branding and packaging. I received my box pretty quick, showed up earlier than I thought. Unfortunately the flavors I got weren't too big of a hit with me or my partner so I saw what I could do by contacting the team. It was a pleasant surprise when they immediately offered a refund. Super awesome customer service and I'm happy I gave them a try. Keep at it guys!
